I know the jury is mostly african american. Am I barking up the wrong tree to think that there maybe have been a hint of bias in naming the men as Hispanics? And that maybe it won't sit well with the jury, for them to be suspicious Hispanics instead of just suspicious men? I only ask this because it didn't sit too well with me.

Around here it is exclusively used in jest. Sort of the newer version of the 'bushy-haired stranger' of the old 'Fugitive' era. Sorry, I've forgotten the name of the real 'Fugitive' the series/movie was based on?
