I know the jury is mostly african american. Am I barking up the wrong tree to think that there maybe have been a hint of bias in naming the men as Hispanics? And that maybe it won't sit well with the jury, for them to be suspicious Hispanics instead of just suspicious men? I only ask this because it didn't sit too well with me.

Just an aside, the whole 'van-driving, Hawaiian, Hispanic, Mormon thingie started with the scott peterson trial. At least that's where it began for me. Around here it is exclusively used in jest. Sort of the newer version of the 'bushy-haired stranger' of the old 'Fugitive' era. Sorry, I've forgotten the name of the real 'Fugitive' the series/movie was based on?

RZ, did you personally know NC? If no? Then RZ saw a woman who LOOKED like NC. She just said she saw a woman jog by, dog is caught, woman runs by opposite direction, exchange hellos. Her discription indicates she did not KNOW NC.

I am sure this women believe her sighting could have been important...do we know what time she saw that jogger??..Was it close to 7AM because she said the jogger looked to have just started her run..as she looked fresh...

She reported exactly what she saw...she made numerous phone calls including at that road block...NO one called her back?..but was called back the day before Brad's testimony for custody case ( Oct. '08)..How did she even know Brad's custody case....??
