Ouch... CB is a known busy body that got involved with things that weren't her business, and he was always having to put out the he-said/she-said fires.

Cindy was nosey, and got involved with people's affairs at work.

Pros is desperate to discredit her, but she still saw what she saw.

CB Supervisor saying CB was nosy, got involved in others' affairs, caused issues at work, tattled on fellow employees, had to manage this on a daily basis. Sounds like someone who inserts herself into things (I am not giving GritGuy a straightline opening, I swear, just typing what I heard).

gladis cravitz? Did I just say that out loud? :innocent:

  • #685
She was known to exaggerate things, and other employees would say what she said happen did not happen at all. Credibility being tarnished.

  • #686
CB accused other employee of knocking thing over onto her; he found out from other employees present that wasn't true.

cindy,cindy!!!:what::eek:

Pros is desperate to discredit her, but she still saw what she saw.

Yet he is the one who called WCSO for her.

Did he just say that day of the incident was Tuesday?

No, Cody.

Cindy told LE she saw the incident on Friday, and then she worked on Saturday, and then Sunday her husband and she were at church, and
then Monday was her day off, and that Tuesday was the first day when she got work.

Cindy clocked in at 6am on Friday, Nov 3rd, her story stands, sorry!

So CB saw what she saw but Gracie didn't see what she saw. I don't think we can have it both ways.

This does at least indicate that the PT is concerned about CB's testimony. Enough to put up a witness to discredit her. Hm.

No cross of supervisor.

I guess ummmm I should ummmmm have ummmmmm said is ummmmmm there ummmmmma rut ummmmm roh ummmmm coming.

I believe Jason is guilty and I realize questioning people isn't that easy, but even I'm irritated by the umms.

So, LE didn't call her as a State witness, because she'd known to embellish.

Interesting develoment!

There you have it, the DT witness: a nosy employee that minded other people's affairs, constant battles with coworkers, yikes! Accused another employee of hitting her with trays. Cindy Beaver - - -Liar, Liar, pants on fire, troublemaker! ! !

Objection. Overruled

That was desperrate, she still saw a car at Birchleaf and described it perfectly.

If she was so nosey, why did she wait 4 days?

Why was LE so mean to her?

They know her testimony is crucial and they are scared of her.

  • #697
hmmmm, strike CB's testimony.

  • #698
Add this guys testimony of CB's personality traits to CB herself telling LE & the jury yesterday that she said "If my story doesn't fit with the picture you're trying to paint I'll withdrawal my statement".... credibility is definitely blown, MOO.

  • #699
Sgt Spivey for the dismount....errr...final rebuttal witness.

I'm having trouble seeing CB as a reluctant witness and a busy body, so here's where I'm at right now:

In light of this testimony, I wonder if CB was reluctant to get involved because it was a lie, but she didn't want to admit that to her boss, so she went along with his contacting LE, then it snowballed.

I've dealt with people like that, who will carry a lie to the bitter end rather than just admit they made it up.
