slipped up a bit

said the "wrong man" was accused of the crime than backtracked and said "person"

Jason Young did not kill his wife Michelle Young and their unborn son... this crime remains unsolved.

There are at least 10 circumstances in this case that will tell you Jason Young did not kill Michelle Young.

The first is the manner in which Michelle Young was killed.

He did not say JY is innocent.

Whoa, Klink's statement "it's a natural reaction to want revenge" is ODD. Jason himself detached and didn't seem interested in finding the killer! WHAT A STRANGE FIRST LINE!

Indeed this oldest of human motives was missing from JY. DT says the jury is precisely to prevent the notion of revenge and punishment from being meted out on just that impulse.

Didn't need a jury in this case, apparently, cause JY didn't care at all about finding out who killed his wife and SON.

Good point DT; PT should repeat it.

Klink: They stripped him naked and there was no mark on him other than his toe. If she had been clawing at the attacker's hands, there would have been claw marks on JY's hands. She gave as good as she got in the fights she had with him.

Oh puhleeze! JY did not have to have any marks on him... this was a brutal surprise killing!

  • #127
says JY was "pristine" (his body)
that there would have been marks on his hands

now saying "michelle gave as good as she got" and that she was a "scratcher"

Circumstance 2: the blood evidence.

circumstance 2: blood evidence

no marks on his hands and no scratches........of course there aren't....he wore gloves and he wore long sleeves

It is a natural human reaction anytime someone is murdered to want to seek revenge, to want to seek punishment....

To seek Justice. To know a person got away with murder is just horrible. Look at Joran van der Sloot, Barton Corbin, Drew Peterson, OJ, Casey Anthony. It's so hard on everyone involved.

no blood found in hotel or in car

Circumstance #2....

The blood evidence! You saw the horrific crime scene, blood all over the bed, the floor, up the walls all the way to the ceiling, blood on the kitchen door...

but not one drop of blood was found or seen anywhere on Jason Young, or was not found anywhere he had been. The agents of CCBI scoured that Ford Explorer and did not find one drop of blood in that car.

No blood in drain traps at home or hotel.

  • #135
No traces of blood in the drains.. WOW!!!!

  • #136
Klink now talking about no blood residue on concrete behind house or near the grass.

  • #137
Very simple... every bloody thing was deposited into trash bags upstairs in the masterbedroom.... probably double and/or triple bagged.

Now pointing out they found his jeans... how about that sweater Mr. Klink? Or the hushpuppies?

Oh puhleeze! JY did not have to have any marks on him... this was a brutal surprise killing!

Right but several witnesses have testified that there was an obvious struggle.

  • #139
Dumped his jeans too.

  • #140
no blood in car? no blood in drains? he took off his bloody clothes and put them in trash bags, the trash bags left on the kitchen counter, and he washed off with the hose outside, the hose left running which washed away all blood evidence.
