False on the pants.

The ones he was wearing upon checking in (as seen in an HI still pic) are NOT the ones that LE found in his suitcase, which was held up in court. Different back pockets--one pair had external, the ones in the HI still did not have external back pockets.

JTF posted pics of both of them on this forum and they were different pants.

Unfortunately, the state did not do the side by side comparison of pics with these 2 pair of pants like they did with the pullover tops.

Why is this a wow?? We know she was murdered and that the killer didn't leave much, if any evidence. Are you saying that if the killer were Jason, there would have been blood in the drain, but if was somebody else, not blood in the drain? There was no blood in the drains, no matter who killed her.

No traces of blood in the drains.. WOW!!!!

If a stranger could clean up before leaving, why couldnt jy??

Who leaves a belt in their jeans and puts them in the suitcase?? He's doing his best, I'll say this. I hope the PT comes out swinging. If this SOB walks this will really set my faith way back in the justice system.

It is a natural human reaction anytime someone is murdered to want to seek revenge, to want to seek punishment....

To me this insinuated that the victims' loved ones are so blinded by vengeance that they've somehow lost their critical thinking skills - everyone is floundering about blindly just looking for a scapegoat.

I don't know how you stand up in front of LF and MF and make your paycheck saying this stuff.

says JY was "pristine" (his body)
that there would have been marks on his hands

now saying "michelle gave as good as she got" and that she was a "scratcher"

Ouch. I was getting the whirling circle from WRAL.

I hope he didn't say it like that; that is cold. Michelle didn't give anything. She managed to flail for a few moments at her own neck before the beating she was taking ceased even that bit of resistance.

It's a lie to say she fought back as good as she got. Her head was beaten in. Also, where is the DNA under her fingernails if she "must have" scratched someone. No DNA from someone else says the only scratches she made was to herself.

She never had a chance.

Cold. I could never say something like that about a victim to a jury; good call I was never a defense attorney for cold blooded murderers.

Left and came back? Where on earth is there evidence of that???????

For those who cannot watch, DT claims someone took CY out of the house to clean her up and returned her. (no evidence of clean-up in the house, CY was cleaned)

We know the perp didn't get scratched because the only DNA under MY's nails were her own from her neck. That doesn't point away from JY. It just means MY wasn't able to scratch the perp.

Vicious fight? It was a surprise attack around 2:30am to a woman who was most likely asleep. What kind of 'fight' could there have been? She was in her bed.

We know she was in the bathroom!

As a mother of children who have favorite jammies, I'm now wondering is Cassidy had duplicate jammies and the ones totally blood covered were taken as well.

GG, to clarify, Klink was not referring to the murder (well, he was, obliquely). He was saying that in prior arguments with JY, MY "gave as good as she got." He then said her sister said that MY was a scratcher while she (the sister) was the biter.

Overall, and IMO, his wording left a very bad taste in the mouth.

He darn sure did say it.

Its shades of the BC trial. Clients hiding behind classic abuser rationalizations that the DT was kind enough to perpetuate for them.

I think he's using that to support the idea that someone removed CY from the house to clean her up, and that JY didn't clean up at the Hillsville hotel.

Also since no blood was in the drains, hand prints in the bathroom around the sink, etc, could indicate that she wasn't cleaned up in the bathroom. I would think her footprints in the bathroom would be smeared at least if she was cleaned up there.

Klink states: "No time to kill MY, clean the baby and get back to VA"

Now this is so not true!

DT: Spivey search warrent even supports the claim that LE thought someone took her out of the house to clean her up, wash clothes.
