#3: no fiber transfer from hotel
#4: DNA on jewelry box - Galloway noticed drawers missing, he took swabs for touch DNA (skin cells) from knobs, sent to SBI for testing, could not exclude JY, then sent to labcorp, came back DNA not a match for JY or MY.

Imo, the jewelry box proves nothing. If MY's own dna wasn't on it, it just shows they couldn't prove anything by dna on the box. jmo

I believe JY took the dog out to go potty while he was there. What intruder would care if the dog messed in the house? However, JY would care. He cared enough to contain his own mess to the MBR.

Mature dogs can hold it for a long time.

Other prints on an ebay paper = doubt? What? We are now thinking the floating goth killers rifled through JY's print outs? C'mon!!! :-D

The PT should see this closing so far as a gift from above and smash it. Can they? I hope so. That isn't to say DT won't do better later, but so far they are saying any and everything. Maybe 3 hours was too much.

I wonder if we will hear the defense team at any point argue (specifically) that JY was not there that morning, or keep it focused on "JY did not kill his wife". It does imply something IMO.

Klink has been very careful with his word selection, i.e. "not properly solved".

It seems to me that it is less likely that some stranger would have brought a change of clothes in order to get out of the house without leaving any blood evidence than the person who lives in the house and has access to clean clothes and shoes. This was planned out well by someone not worried about being interup
ted. In my opinion.

"You know how meticulous MY was, it wasn't typical to have papers on the floor like that."

This is NOT a dig at Michelle, but looking through the crime scene photos, the house was not meticulous! There were things all over the floor, the stairs, laundry in the living room, the office was a complete mess... she was 5 months pregnant and was probably not up to cleaning meticulously at that point... I know I wasn't!

To his credit, I think Klink is doing the best he can with what he has to work with. I wouldn't trade places with him today for 4 million dollars.

ITA ynot... and I think that Klink has a very soothing voice... very down to earth man...

I thought he said that at the beginning?

What a stupid thing to say! Didn't one of his lovers say she slept in that bed? Carol Ann? The one that was emotional on the stand?

Nevermind...maybe they slept on the couch. I can't keep up with all his affairs!

I think Carol Ann said she slept in the guest room or the couch. Pretty sure it wasn't the master bedroom at least.

DT brings up awesome point: JY did not tell anyone he called, "Hey gotta go, going to kill Michelle."

Thanks DT for saying - I swear - his mind was on his girlfriend and insurance and HVAC.

Klink, did you wake up this morning on the right side of this case? THis is good PT stuff!!

Yeah, he walks right in front of the camera wearing a shirt that's mysteriously missing.

Klink states: "Jason's mind was on HVAC system" -lol-

...never heard PY say that was part of that long conversation they had that night.

IMO, the 'thinking about talking to his gf' statement being used as a reason he's not thinking about killing his wife on that night??? Does NOT show innocence.

NONE of what Klink is listing in any way shows JY couldn't and didn't commit this brutal murder.

Granted, he's throwing spaghetti on top of the blood stains on the wall and hoping for the best, but I think those who really know the evidence and have studied it, see right through his top 10 list.

Might have had better impact if David Letterman had read off that top 10 list.

I'm missing parts of this. Has he said "JY did not kill MY"? I have heard him say this hasn't been solved and other things, but has he said JY didn't do it?

Wow, I really expected better from defense, everything is very weak so far. IMO
