I missed most of this am, but did they say MY was barefoot?

Even for the first timers who never followed anything in this case, the first few witnesses in this trial established the state of the house as it was found. Meredith Fisher and WCSO personnel were the first ones on scene. Each testified last week which door was unlocked. Each confirmed no other doors were unlocked when they arrived and checked. Doesn't require having followed the first trial.
However, if one is not following testimony daily, and only some witness testimony is seen, it's easy to miss these points and it's very easy to think the CCBI guy was the first there.
they didn't have to... as the child footprints had toes/clearly not shoes
hi cammy!!!!:seeya:
yes guys, I am watching this for the first time and did not follow the case as it unfolded and I am confused on the doors..
I actually came away from this morning thinking.. hey ... there is a key in the deck door on the inside and it was unlocked...
the prosecutor needs to keep it simple :twocents:
For me it is hard to follow on my computer because my sound issues.
But BH needs to clear this up. She left an impression that the door was unlocked without further explanation and that is a problem I think. I have forgotten if jurors in this state can submit questions. Do you know? TIA![]()

Not even by Meredith.. If two doors were unlocked there would be no reason for a forced entry.no forced entry either. moo! That bothers me. :waitasec:
Yes, she did not have on shoes. I also learned for the first time that the door leading from den to porch, was found to be unlocked with key engaged in it. This has never, to my knowledge, been testified to or discussed.
MF testifed that the Young's never locked the door from the garage leading to the kitchen, and the garage door opener was broke.
I wonder why Jason would not have smashed a window from the outside, to MAKE it look like a forced entry?
Same with the interior, throw things around, create some mess to make it look like a burglary.
It would have only taken a few seconds.

OK so that is how MF got into the house through the garage?
The fact that the downstairs of the home is so clean points directly to Jason. (I am not forgetting CY) I doubt a manic killer who steals very little, would be so clean getting the h#ll out of there. The person who killed MY took their time to get clean some how.
This killer would have to know he/she would not be disturbed or caught by a husband coming home late at night from a long business trip.
JMO IMO, MOO
