In the last trial, that was pretty much the state's theory as well, but, I now think CY cleaned her own feet,
because of her footprints being on the stool at the sink.

I still cam't get past the fact her PJ's were clean from all blood.

I don't get how standing on a step stool equates to a 2 year old cleaning her own feet. In all my years of parenting, I saw kids on and off of those things a bezillion times, but never to wash their own feet. Kids stand on a step stool to brush teeth and wash hands, see into the mirror. Standing on a step stool to wash the bottom of your feet? You have to sit down for such a thing.

That eliminated so much as a foot print being washed off in either bath room. This is such a confusing case for sure. There was no blood in area of hose that leaked water as this officer said the area around the water, including grass, tested negative for blood. Were any vehicles other then, Jason, Michelle and Meredith's cars tested for blood? Any friends of the above???
If Cassidy was removed from home and cleaned, someones vehicle had to have blood stains in it. WHO???

Do u think he took clothes out of closet and hosed off and changed outside. Thats what im thinking. no trash in trash cans maybe he put his bloody clothes in liner from inside and dumped them on way. moo

He already removed or changed pants, shirt and shoes....removed the gloves.

At that point, nearly all the blood on JLY would be his face (assuming he wore no ski mask).
The outside hose would be perfect for washing off his face and finishing his hands.

Perhaps the tiny spec of blood on the knob could have been a small residual amount on his hand when collecting his bloody clothes to dispose of.

At that point, nearly all the blood on JLY would be his face (assuming he wore no ski mask).
The outside hose would be perfect for washing off his face and finishing his hands.

I think he left hose leaking water so it would be all wet and wash away anything he might of left. Like blood! moo

Wonder if they inspected the entire area in that yard, to see if perhaps whoever, washed themselves in a different portion of the grass, but left the hose in a different spot, on purpose?

PS....ETA, looks like JY is busy again, writing down details. Curious, he can't look at witnesses, but he's sure studying those crime scene photos. Bet he's working on HIS story more. Wonder if he is going to testify this time. HOPE the pros is keeping notes, just in case. Can't be surprised again, like last time. Be prepared for the worst, and hope for the best!
