i thought it was testified to that one of michelle's legs was up on the bed wrapped in a cover?
I think you are correct, because I was thinking that she never was able to stand up to defend herself..

So, you agree Michelle fought back hard?

So, do I.......and, yet not a mark, scratch or bruise on JY's body, hands or face.........

He was tall with long arms and was using a long weapon, IMO a piece of pipe or tire iron type weapon. He wore long sleeves, along with gloves..the gloves in HI video. If he was distanced from her hands, wore gloves, and had on clothing that completely covered his body, of course he wouldn't have scratches or marks.

Ok, I'm sorry. But I can't believe how JY is clinically looking at the horrid crime scene photos and taking note after note, after note.

I know his life is on the line here, but even the attorney sitting next to him wasn't taking notes.

JMHO

The EMS guys must have moved her? She was clearly found with one leg on the bed, as testified by first officer on scene and MF.

I'm pretty sure Jason's car was tested...can't remember what was said about Michelle or Meredith's.

It makes no sense at all to me that CY was in good spirits when she was found. Even if JY did it, and she was removed from the house, it seems like it would be traumatizing for a small child to be taken from the house in the middle of the night. If she was removed from the house(even if it was by JY) it seems like she would have been upset when she was put back in the house. What happened to the dog during all of this? I know Meredith said the dog was going crazy, but I can't remember where she said the dog was.

They did not issue a warrant for Michelle's car until the following summer in July.

Omg, I so agree about CY being traumatized .

CY was also not scared of JY that nite, how would she be able to forget what she saw him do?

Good point, Fromage.

Yes, tarheellvr, hopefully this jury can grasp that point

All EMS did was pronounce her dead...they said they did not move body

How can you say she 'saw' what he did... how would she figure that out if she did not see the actual assault???

If Michelle knew the CD player no longer helped to put CY to sleep, so would Jason.

But, someone else might not,

:waitasec:

I disagree...his coldhearted, selfish self would know very little regarding the everyday goings on with Michelle and Cassidy. AND if he wanted her to go to sleep, he would try ANYTHING along with the Pancof and tylenol blast.

<mod snip>
I saw the photos 2 years ago.
Helped me a lot to understand what happened.

JMO, but I think if anyone is going to decide a case, they must see *exactly* how the crime scene appeared at the time. I think that goes for anyone giving strong *opinions* on what happened. JMO Although it would be gruesome, I wish we had been able to view the crime scene photos ourselves. MOO It may not be pleasant to see, but I think the victim *deserves* to have any and all decisions, strong opinions, etc., made only after someone has seen ALL the evidence.

Michelle had strangulation marks on her neck, and tried to pull the hands of her attacker off of her.

At that time, she was just inches from the killer.

Well, that dark pullover he was wearing is missing.
ZERO explanation.
If he testifies, that will be a gotcha moment.

Holt should have been put on probation for not asking him about that last trial.

But the fact that they didn't speaks volumes! Where could they, especially that dark shirt bisected with a thin stripe, have gone????
