big toe injury and that was it.

Yep, that was the only thing.

They may bring in a foot expert to tell how long that had been there.

Jason is a bball player.

Hopefully the jury will have sense enough to realize long sleeves and gloves would shield him from any marks...

The Jury has to be tired............long day.

So, sounds like she could have sat on the floor?
This goes to the theory she could have cleaned herself then.
Wonder why the defense did not bring this in last time.

It's possible the pros didn't realize the jury could get hung up on this particular info, or ASSUME, as we did here, the JY stopped and cleaned her. So apparently, he didn't ...................clean her up, that is.

Yeah, I know, he's a great dad. But this points otherwise, imho.

Recent injury! Like the kind you would get if you were beating someone and one of those strikes got you on your own big toe.

Only if MY was murdered on the 2nd,would it be 5 days.

Otherwise, it is 4 days, and it was over a weekend.

Jason was in town.

The NTO order was not issued right away, that was their doing.

I don't get where the pros is going with the toe. It looks like an old injury to me.

I agree with you, it looks like an older injury to me as well.

IMO

Blisters on his feet not mentioned. Why?

Looks like they won't go there again this time....I wouldn't either.
If he used a size 10 shoe at the scene, it would have been for a very short period.(didn't even need them all the way on). I doubt red marks would be visible from those shoes 5 days later.

I believe there's testimony during the first trial, so there probably will be again. We just have to hurry up and wait!

It had to be new because it was at the base of his nail. The nail had not grown out.

:waitasec:

The bruise was all the way to the cuticle.
The new nail would form from the bottom up.....looks new to me.

May have a podiatrist expert to testify.
