The other thing I found kind of weird is that MM is able to remember almost every phone call she had with JY the night of and the morning/afternoon after the murder. Yet she doesn't really remember what they talked about other than his sales call and him mentioning it and seeming disappointed and irritated that it was a wasted visit and "it didn't go the way he wanted."

That may have more to do with the fact that she's been presented with this evidence about her part in the call activity that evening how many times now? I'm not trying to defend her. I just don't think he would of told her about it, at least not on Nov. 2.

I'm not leaning towards her being involved, but after her testimony today I do firmly believe that she knows a heck of a lot more than she is admitting to knowing and I do think she knew it very early on (like perhaps right around the time it happened from the person that did it)

I agree. I can see MM saying "found" if she knew what JY had done (murder). LE would have investigated her more thoroughly if they suspected she was directly involved, I would think. Plus, she'd probably be acting a lot more nervous.

I got to see GC and then cleaned a house for an elderly couple I know. They are having health issues. They are like my second mom and dad. But I did want to sneak onto her laptop. LOL

I haven't read to the shoe prints part of this thread. Looks like it was a busy day.

I had that same problem with my computer and no sound on wral, but someone on here suggested plugging headphones directly into the computer. I did this and now I can hear the replays etc.!!!! I was so excited it worked. I hope you get to hear the replays soon.

ITA.... I watched the first couple of hours with you guys this morning, but had to stop and get some work done. So, I dvr'd the rest and I'm watching it now. MM is on the stand, and I just got to the part when she said, " they found Michelle." I thought that was such a strange way to put it, and I got online and started going through the posts to see if anyone else thought that was weird...? This girl is one odd little home wrecker!!!
And as far as the posts about Michelle being abused, if people are able to make excuses for jy and claim he didn't abuse that poor girl.... I think its getting pointless to even debate this case with some, when anything and everything is being justified just for the sake of being right. JMO

I do not believe anyone has defended JY for all the womanizing and lying, his behavior is not the behavior of any man I know. He is a dog when it comes to sex and NO excuse can make that go away. Did he murder his wife? I just don't think he did. Dogs like that have no reason to kill, they are not even a man in my book. But... I am watching a murder trial and the evidence of him leaving the motel has not been prove to me. There I said it..

How did Jason know to bring extra shoes to the crime scene to walk in blood, if there wasn't supposed to be any blood?

Because those smaller shoes were in his closet. He didn't have to look far.

She says, "I remember speaking with him (husband) and then speaking with Lisa and them telling me to go onto the Internet...and that they had found Michelle." "They didn't know anything, except that she had been found."

However, the question BH first asks, which then leads up to this exchange is:

"Did you become aware that Michelle had been found murdered?" Answer: "yes, about 8:30"

I see absolutely nothing alarming about the "Found her" comment.

IMO wearing the size 10s during the attack and wearing size 12s after changing in the closet. Partial prints for the size 12s might be walking on his toes so to speak.

Important I think is absolutely zero prints downstairs. :waitasec:

dgfred, why would he leave so many HP 12 prints...pillow, spread, carpet...if he changed and wanted to leave with clean shoes?
I know what you are saying, but the evidence he left does not support, imo.

Why would he look up those things at all? I surely wasn't because of an unknown accident he came upon IMO.

He would have brought extra shoes because he was going to be wearing the size 10s in case he made any prints in the yard or elsewhere. He takes the money out of the closet and changes in/around there/CY wanders in around then... he has to take care of her/makes many size 12 prints. There ya go.

But I thought MM testified to day that MF called while she was talking to him at the hotel and he took the call and then called her back after he got through with talking to MF. Maybe I mis-understood and she said MY.

His mistress testified that both his wife and his SIL called when they were on the phone. She expected to hear from him fairly quickly when he talked with MF but it was much longer. She was able to finish watching Grey's Anatomy. She asked him if all was well when he called back because she knew about AF's illness. Then we were left hanging with no explanation.

Maybe this has been explained and I just missed it, but when I was looking at these photos, what jumped out at me is his change of outfits. One shirt at 11, another at midnight. Why in the world would you check in late on a weeknight to unwind and get a good night's sleep, and then commence to changing outfits? If you had to go outside, say, to read some old really tiny sports scores in the dark, wouldn't you just throw on your jacket? If you were going to get cigar smoke all over something, would you get a fresh shirt out of your bag?

I am so illiterate when it comes to computers too.I have a Dell desktop and I plugged mine into the slot where I plug the thing I use when I put pictures on my computer it's on the front of my computer tower. I still don't know if I explained it correctly.
