That is a huge motive, imo. Game changer for me. I had no idea.

Of course they wouldn't pay it out but he may have thought he would never get arrested and charged for her murder. He did get away with for years.

:what:

What happens if he gets off this time? Can he collect that money? Maybe he and michelle money will ride of into the sunset! yuck. :seeya:

If I am correct I think MF and PF won that in a wrongful death case to support CY

On the outside chance he beats the rap, he will go to his grave owing the Fisher's $15,500,000. In addition, he has been named "the slayer" and Judge Donald Stephens ruled that Jason Young "willfully and unlawfully killed" his wife, Michelle Young.

Didn't seem to bother OJ that much.
Doesn't seem to bother Casey Anthony that much either for that matter.

OJ lived off his protected NFL pension.
I guess Jay will live off mommy and sleep in his boyhood room.
What a life for a 37 year old man. :D

Does the jury in the current trial know this?

They shouldn't. I thought they are supposed to have very little knowledge beforehand.

Thank you so much for this link. I had wanted to go back and read the issues brought up in the civil case.
