Does anyone know of any channel other than Wral that players the trial that does not use just flash, I am trying to watch on my iPad and cannot watch if it is flash driven.

Can I just say that Continuing Legal Education should really include Public Speaking for trial lawyers, if it doesn't already. The "um"-ing is really distracting. I mean, this is your profession -- you really should try to improve your delivery. Also, can't prosecutors actually hire other lawyers to do the examinations? That would make a huge difference in this case, imho.

Agreed. This is an entirely underutilized part of legal training. There are programs available, like NITA, where lawyers train other lawyers in trial advocacy. Their job is as much a part acting/advocacy, as it is being intuitive and quick thinking.

Kimmer if you download the free wral app from the app store you can watch under live video. I can watch on my iPhone this way
