I think that was a 'win' for the PT getting in the WDS info, etc. No matter how it's spun, it does not reflect well on JY.

JY testified that he didn't have money to fight. We know that's a lie. He did have some $$$.

He could have asked for an extenstion on the WDS and it would have been granted. He could have answered the complaint without a lawyer if he wanted to.

Josh and Jason went to school, Jason took a year off and hiked the Appalachian <sp> mountains.

Jason then got a job in Charlotte, then moved back to Raleigh.

They hung out weekly, attended football games, etc.

Bringing up Gen Cargol and the weekend wedding.

May work out better for the DT this time, having him as a PT witness. It's much easier to get what you want out of a reluctant witness on cross than it is on direct. Leading questions can be godsends.
