Did Ryan testify at the last trial?

Saying "I'm DONE" has come up twice now in husband kills wife murder trials. First in Cooper case (said by Nancy Cooper, who was then killed a few days later) and also in this case, said by the Slayer of MY.

I'm DONE also said by MY to MF that night in telling about the remote throwing argument.

Ryan and Josh tried to comfort Jason, there was no consoling him.
Josh says Jason was in the bathroom for a long time, and he was worried about him.

Asked about cigar smoking, says he never saw Jason with a cigar.

Josh conveniently doesn't remember whether he ever asked Jason about that night? He doesnt' remember inquiring about the investigation? And then, once it was in the news about Michelle Money, Josh calls LE to share more information. Sounds like he's willing to save his own butt, but not to help with an investigation to find his "friend" Michelle's killer unless he's potentially going to be impacted. Yuk. I'd call him a subtly hostile witness.
