Had JY always blinked rapidly like that throughout his life, or is he on some sort of medication causing him to be possibly sleepy? Maybe an anti-anxiety?

I know some people point to that as a sign of guilt, but he has blinked rapidly continuously throughout the trial. Even with no evidence or witnesses (such as right now). It almost seems like he's trying to stay awake.

Just curious.

We live in a very rural area, on a road with about a dozen homes, all on acre plus plots. Sometimes I hear gunshots late at night. At first it kind of *shook* me, city girl, but I became accustomed to hearing an occasional gunshot and other sounds. Figured it was somebody scaring a fox out of their chicken coops or some such thing. Seeing the Young home, they probably had lots of deer come out at night. Fox, racoons, possum, etc. My dogs go nuts some nights when we can't see anything outside.

Those who want to support the slayer will find any reason to do so. They'll grab any morsel out of a witness's testimony to bolster their opinion. I'm sure JLY's clan is doing just that.

ABJ?

:fence:

:seeya:

:rollercoaster:

Looks like they are setting up some surveillance video for when court resumes.

I'm watching him now and the attorney sitting to his left is doing it too.

Bet life as a wife killer in prison is pretty rough.

There's video footage of him playing basketball and briefly talking to a reporter in Brevard prior to his arrest, and he wasn't blinking like that. I think it could be something like vallium or other anti-anxiety drug.

What are they doing right now in court? It's silent.

I'm watching him now, to me it doesn't seem like 'tired blinking' or 'sedated blinking'. JMO. I take xanax & ambien, and if I've taken one of those, my eyes will sort of droop closed and then I'll open them again, and they'll slowly droop closed again, etc. What I'm trying to say is 'I've never experienced this rapid 'open & closing' myself. It's more of a struggle to get my eyes open again and focus, if I've had some meds. MOO

I don't know either. I thought they were supposed to resume at 2:15pm, after the lunch break.

Live testimony again.

I have a feeling this witness isn't going to be very strong. Hope I am wrong.

David Saacs (Saacks?) has a nice voice. Not too fast, not too slow. Same with B. Holt.

Brad Cooper did the same thing. He was constantly blinking and sometimes his eyes would stay closed briefly. Jason is doing the same thing when they show him on camera.

He had to get back in the room, cause he had the receipt from under the door (put there after 3AM)
