I wouldn't worry about Gracie! Oh, I also bet it was her testimony that the attorneys met with the judge making court late this a.m. They probably wanted to be sure about the admissability of and WHAT she's allowed to testify too. Bet there'll be at least one objection by the def during this testimony. I'll be surprised if not!

Nov 6 incident occurred early morning hours, worked alone.

White SUV, far pump, tried to get her to turn pumps on,
She declined, he threw 20 at her <slow down Gracie>

He didn't wait long enough to pump the whole $20 he paid her, only got $15 and drove off.

About 5:30 am.

Other customer told Jason it was better to go in and pay first.

Face to face with him. She could have reached out and touched him.

BH is very good. Time frame is right. JY was in a hurry to say the least.

She says irate customer was male, angry. Basically face to face.
Asked her what was up. Cussed her. Threw a 20 at her. She told him that's her job.
Set the pump for 20. He left, went and pumped 15.Did not come back in for change. Drove off.

I think Gracie should hire a lawyer and sue previous boss. Putting her in a CStore overnight with no working security.

That's what they teach them, so you know the pros has talked with her. My daughter testifies regularly, and that's what she does. Looks at the jury directly.
