Going from memory, but I think it was about a year after the murder that they got together on the beach.

I thought MM testified they went to the beach the January following the murder, so about 3 months. And MM was pregnant at the time. Is that correct, or do I have my years wrong?

I haven't followed the case from the beginning.

To me, MM came across as nervous. My feeling was she was honest, but did not want to be there.

But then MM went into her suffering in this case, which completely turned me off.

Finally, MM was much more open when the defense questioned her. Almost giddy.

I wouldn't say she is actively lying. But my impression is she is sympathetic to the defense, and was forced to testify for the prosecution.

I'm not ! But I have enough sense left to realize I need to be quiet about this.


I think Ms. Holt should have shown her a crime scene photo of Michelle and ask her to identify her "sister" and very good friend. She should have also showed her the NCwanted video of JY saying "you came here for that". A little bit of confrontation may have gotten better results.

Okay I don't like witnesses who answer wayyy more than they are asked. Just answer the question...don't give us the history of hair analysis.

If I remember correctly it ws her husband's baby and she had a boy.

Some of hairs were removed forcibly (had roots) and visually not similar with JY. Roots sent to DNA analysis

They weren't JY's darn it. Lot of evidence.

I knew that hair in her hand wasn't going to be JLY's or else he would have been arrested when they got those results back, or certainly faster than he was. I have a feeling none of these have useful forensic results.
