Why on earth would they start another witness at 12:57. It's freaking lunch time.

That's one thing I had difficulty with as a juror. Courts seem to like late lunches. I'm ready at 11:30.

Since she is in the Raleigh lab, they can reach her quickly. But yes, she has been waiting in the wings. You are familiar with schedules for expert testimony. Hurry up and wait. LOL

So far the only testimony that may provide the "reasonable doubt" needed for acquittal seems to be the lack of forensic evidence after the horrific beating. I am more than a little concerned about how the jury views that.

So we have a clump of hair in Michelle's hand, but it is not Jason's hair? Since she had long hair, if Jason grabbed her neck and she grabbed his hand to pull it away, she could easily have caught her own hair in her hand.

If she has anyone else's hair in her hand, it helps Jason. If only mitochondrial DNA was tested, that could implicate Meredith.

Nothing major to report. The DNA was done by another analyst so we will have to wait.

Was blood found on the deck boards and the hose? If so, were finger prints found on the hose?

Just curious but does any one on here think JY is innocent or is at least not convinced hes guilty? Just curious.
