Hopefully it will all be in Amanda Lamb's book. I certainly hope she's written a book on this one.

I read Deadly Dose and I wasn't too impressed with her writing style. She used way too many cliches. I think Jerry Bledsoe is a much better crime writer. He wrote Bitter Blood and another story about the wife who killed her husband, a Durham wrestling coach.

Not that I know of. Wake Forest Rd. blends into Falls of the Neuse Rd in North Raleigh. It does wind down into downtown Raleigh, intersects Six Forks Rd, just past the beltline, and heads towards downtown Raleigh. Trying to recall, does it maybe turn into Downtown Blvd as it heads into town?

I think they said technically it was Old Wake Forest Road, which splits off of Wake Forest Rd where it blends into Falls of Neuse. IIRC it leads out to Capital Blvd near Triangle Town Center.

Ah, Old Wake Forest Rd. does split off. Is it around those shopping centers, Red Lobster, where Darryls used to be, etc? Old Wake Forest Rd. is pretty rural that I recall, and way North of Raleigh. The Youngs were south of Raleigh.
