Witness is Jason ~somebody, forgive~, a fellow RA with JY at NCSU. Knew both J and M.

Another infidelity???

Said JY and MY had an "up and down" relationship. Knew about pregnancy and plans to marry.

Talks about a golf outing before the Schaad's wedding in Winston-Salem. 3-4 foursomes. JY and MY were along with him on the trip to W-S. JY & MY had an argument & JY was mad about it. JY was "done" and "up to his neck" in the relationship with MY. Continued to rant about it for 30 min. or so.

No infidelity seen -- but witness was helping change locks & install a new garage door after the house was released after the murder... Witness had the "suspicion" that JY and MM were having a naughty relationship. He tried to see if JY needed anything -- did not ask questions about the murder, etc., but offered to listen or help, but JY bought none of that... Just a few weeks after this re-locking incident occurred, witness and JY became estranged and had no more communication.

Paints a little more of the painting, but not a real big deal.

BTW, folks, did I miss the NYTimes delivery guy?

OMG! They're on their way to a wedding and meet up at a gas station. JY gets out of the car with Michelle and goes with his buddies. He's upset because he was arguing with Michelle about a number of things. Whatever stemmed this argument he described it as being up to his neck with the relationship. He's paraphrasing. Jason said he was done and not willing to deal with it anymore.

Jason whined the majority of the way to their destination, 20 or 30 minutes. This guy had seen him angry before. That day he said Jason was upset and angry that day and more so than previously. He used words to the effect he was done......with what? His interpretation meant he was done with the relationship and done with marriage. Not willing to go forward.

Well, IMOHO, why didn't he get lost then!?

For a while he had his notepad on the tabletop. During Linda's testimony, he placed the notepad in his lap just so he could hang his head further downward. Now, isn't that telling???

So far, the only friends of JY that are a perfect match are JY and MM. Match to a tee!

This guy was Jason's friend. He spoke with Jason about once a week until the murder. After the murder, he stayed in touch with Jason for about a month. After that they stopped communicating.

He met MM at a football game where others were also there. He suspected she may have been involved with Jason. This was in mid September.

ETA, after the murder, he NEVER asked Jason about the crime. Just offered to do whatever he could to help Jason (at his time of need )
