FWIW, I do NOT feel sorry for MM or that other chick yesterday who CLAIMS there was ONE incident. Sorry, they made their bed and now they can lie in it.

Jason has RUINED and taken wayyy too many lives.

As far as I am concerened, this def already lost their case. Jason is done and just stick a fork in it and let him pay for his ALLEGED crime.

She told JLY he would be deposed and that was the end of that.....Cassidy was promptly given to Meredith. Bought him 10 extra months of freedom.

And JY thereby avoided the depo testimony being offered as evidence in this trial. And having to answer every question and no fifth amendment protection during the depo. He woulda been ripped to shreds, as we've seen before. But Mr. Best All Around had better advice than some others may have had...

Check the Horry County public court records and you will see her issues reach far beyond being "bothered" by LE and the media over her choice to link with a sociopath murderer.

I'm shocked there wasn't more testimony. Not only the newspaper person, but the emails in question between JY & his various family members. I thought I'd heard many more relavent tidbits over the years.

They brought in MM emails that impeached her testimony. She wished jy was the father of her baby. There was much more that a one night stand relationship here...at least for her. JLY screwing CAS just showed his priority was any woman that would put out. MY was repulsed by him.

Can Detective Spivey testify about what the newspaper delivery person told investigators?

I don't think he can quote him due to hearsay rule; I also doubt he can present a recording (prolly hearsay again); or read a statement. Maybe the guy is in the Armed Forces in another country and we could get around it that way? Maybe he is deceased (forgive, but it's possible) or somehow just not able to travel or be in a courtroom? I certainly do not think the DT will stipulate to anything but his presence.

I hope someone can argue with what I just said!

I completely agree gr -- with both. My level of disgust watching her is similar to what i feel for him...this was her friend for 10 years and she was so jealous of Michelle, she had to start an affair with him..I don't think she wanted it to end for a minute either.

The odd smiles and posing and her demeanor on the stand were disturbing..it was as if she was slightly excited to get her 15 minutes of fame - complete narcissist like JY - they really were made for each other...I agree with whoever said they may wind up together yet -- her as a prison wife. :loser:
