No kidding. Twisted on both sides. Apparently this isn't the first time we have heard of indiscriminate sex while trying to get pregnant by married women and guys.

The prosecution seems to be making some hay with the defense witnesses. JD is not helping the defense at all, but at least he is believable.

He seems like an honest fella. Strange that JLY had *fight problems* at two separate weddings, with two separate women he's dating/married to. 'Fight problems' that accelerated into events involving the entire group of *friends of Jason* 'FOJ'.

I think this witness saying that JY told him that he was afraid if he and MY got a divorce that she would take their daughter away is hurtful to the defense. I really think they should NOT put him on. How did he help the defense at all?

I mentioned this in the thread day MM testified. Ageed...this is completely twisted. This is only the second trial I have ever followed, and in both trials this sort of thing happened.

Getting married ONLY due to a pregnancy never works. Tons of people were pregnant on their wedding day (including my parents...40 years and counting). However, a baby will not solve a bad relationship. And babies cause a great deal of stress on even the best of marriages.

I don't know what is wrong with these highly educated, successful people being so careless and selfish in brining children into this world. Especially when, as in this case, it's premeditated. Unreal.

Why would he say such a thing? She & her husband were the godparents in case something happened to both JLY and MY.
