"Tired" of it being "drug up" again? I think she wants it to be that Friday. Reminds me of the "witness" in the Cooper case who is certain she saw Nancy Cooper jogging the morning she disappeared.

I'm really curious about this testimony. It supports that of the newspaper carrier. Neither one of them have any vested interest in this. I wonder what the explanation is. Will the state say both ladies were mistaken? Hmmmm.....

Well, this lady seemed confident about what happened, it fits with the NY Times carrier. I think it throws an element of doubt here. It is certainly puzzling.

It creates the possibility that some other guy did it ... and white or light colored SUVs are common.

The only thing the witness is sure of is, it was FRIDAY.

Could be independent testimony confirming the different vehicles that were there on that particular morning.

That was definitely an unsettling way to end the defense testimony. I stated before defense started that I was in the "guilty" camp, but would not be prevented from moving back over with hugely compelling. I'm still feeling guilty, but am sitting much, much, closer to that fence now. I can see this being a very difficult decision for some jurors, particularly if there are those on the jury who feel another recent case came out the wrong way.
