Interesting how he keeps bringing up other people's testimony. Ms. Holt is going to hammer him on this since he is twisting things.

I sure hope she does.

Telling that he liked Mr. Fisher but not Linda. Telling that Michelle is upset about everything to hear him tell it and ends up murdered when it is found out Mr. Fisher will not be coming in for the weekend.

If Willoughby is smart he'll have every DA in his office listening to this testimony and writing questions to hand to BH. This is the super bowl. Time to bring their 'A' game!

:puke:

I am about to vomit. He sounds so greasy. Like motor oil. He makes my skin crawl.

And he tosses out lies like breathing -- and who's to argue with him?? She's dead, dead, dead. Gag, gag, gag. IMHO.

He also had to talk to Meredith to make sure she understood his perspective of a fight and that he did not throw a remote at Michelle - this while he is eating dinner at the Cracker Barell on his way to Hillsville. Interesting.

Has to talk with his mistress after he talks to his wife.

Forgot his charger for his computer so he had to go to his vehicle to get it. Heavy door, have to pull on the door to make it shut. The door just did not close by itself, one had to pull it shut so the door was left unlocked as he went out to go to his car. Sure...

I would think that a person would remember the past conversation you had with your murdered wife...every word......oh oh...here come the fake tears again.

  • #128
Oh boy...here's the explanation for the doors...unbelievable....

  • #129
He would rather take the steps if he is not carrying luggage or children...four floors worth no problem.

  • #130
oooookkkkkkaaaaaaayyy...now i can't wait to hear why he unplugged the video so all these antics weren't captured....

talking about drive that night. He was talking to his mom and since AF wasn't coming he thought he'd go by his mom's and pick up furniture and catch up with mom about C and such. he talked to mom for 59 minutes. verifying when arrived at Cracker Barrel, 9:30. On phone with Meredith when eating at CB and conv was about an arguement.............

oops, sorry, missed some.....

parking hard at hotel. he parked and went and checked in. went to desk and up to room and had luggage and comp bag, 4th floor. used key card and he called M at house to let her know he'd arrived safely. Miss a call from M? not sure.............doesn't remember specific calls. he said 'good night' last time he spoke to her. then talked to MM, short call, talked a lot.

Went to room and wanted to review equip on computer. forgot plug in at car. left room and door wouldn't close right and didn't latch properly.

went down hallway and room other end of where car was. went down hallway and down steps and out exit door and no way to get back in. wanted to take steps and went out door and shrubbery around building so he left piece of shrubbery in door so it wouldn't close and went to car, got charger and back to room.

BREAK TIME, 20 MINUTES!

BE BACK AFTER BREAK! coffee time! :)

He was getting very animated about the doors.

  • #133
Piece of SHRUBBERY put in the door (not a rock).

Oh what a huge LIE.

Claims he got his power cord for laptop then went back to his room.

NO mention of cigar smoking!!!!

  • #134
Now there is this one thing: Cameras?

  • #135
As to steps, I could see doing that. I often use stairs rather than elevator.

  • #136
So no explanation as to why he was at the front desk on video carrying possibly his road atlas and a couple of bottles of water ?

  • #137
So well rehearsed about the door not closing. While in prison he can earn extra money writing fictional screenplays. No one on the jury is going to believe he left his door open with the computer inside. Amazing recall on the door but hazy on the phone conversations. :innocent:

Didn't his attorneys say in the OS that he went outside to smoke a cigar? Guess getting the charger sounds more plausible.

And where are those clothes? :innocent:

  • #139
a piece of shrubbery would likely not be strong enough to keep such a door opened.

And why not just take the key card? It's not like it's that big and heavy!
