On your computer series of websearches, yahoo, webmd, did you do those searches? yes sir..............earlier in summer, first responder to bad car accident here in Rawleigh.....came over hill and one car was still smoking, pulled over to side to assist and he'd had some previous first responder type training. He immediately pulled over and assessed the situation and to vehicle that was worst. Victim was knocked out, top of car dented in. he was out and his head looked like he'd had traumatic impact, he administered first aid but he was pinned in car, never experienced anything like that. had blood coming from nose and mouth, took vitals and gave info to medics when they arrived....he stopped breathing while I was there. Did emergency personnel arrive? yes, WHAT? he held his finger and encouraged him to keep breathing until emergency vehicles arrived.
He felt helpless watching him sit there and wanted to know if there was anything he could have done and
........wanted to know more he could have done in that situation. Even blood coming from his air. Anatomy of a knock-out, looking up knock out, head trauma, it came up sports like boxing, etc................tried to use more details, why went to webmd. head trauma, not better info.

Ok, back to room after you got charger. Was it necessary to open your door? it wasn't latched or clicked and just got back in. He went over equipment for next day. On laptop until 11:53 per comp expert. Left to smoke cigar because you can't smoke in room. Wanted to see sports schedules so picked up U.S.A Today. Went by front desk to the news paper carousel. East stairwell and front desk. Didn't see any newspapers, diff person at counter and he brought him paper from office.

Went to car and got cigar and another brochure focused on smaller hospitals. smoked cigar but it was too windy to open up paper and took back to room after smoked cigar. used matches and went out in wind and only had 1/3 of matches, used all left to lite cigar. Went back in after that to room. didn't need to use keycard. brushed teeth and went to bed. set alarm for 6:15 or 6:30, no wake up call, doesn't like being jolted awake so wanted to use radio to control volume, etc.
Didn't leave room again until morning. Four bros testimony. 6'1", no sir, wasn't me, I was at my hotel room. Showered, dressed and got ready to go. Ate at continental breakfast in hotel.

Was that you on cell phone that hit tower. yes, called step-dad. then MM and don't recall specific conv...............talked to her a lot on 2nd and 3rd....going toward Clintwood had trouble with directions, smaller highways on mountainy area. it got tricky and he got lost. caused him to be late for meeting, 30 minutes. had to stop for restroom which was part of delay. cell phone service I couldn't even get through to tell them I was running late, one bar and go away, terrible, terrible.....lady from hospital, JS, to sell software but no sale. Then went on route to go towards Brevard. Stop ??????it was him....................shows NC map..........for route after appt..........Duckfield, can't find on this map.....when he asked customer for directions, asked Ashville, close to Brevard. he was able to follow her directions. Did he make phone call or communications 28 times with mom. he didn't talk to her that many times. It would let phone call through and then cut off. Constantly dialing and getting cut off. Called Singular and put in mom's # and put him through a dairy in Tennessee............tried called Singular because he didn't understand how this could keep happening and got cut off from Singular too. Terrain traveling, mountainous, not many people, rural. Transalvania area he called Meredith because he realized he didn't have Coach stuff. He realized that after meeting and loading car with comp bag and wanted it to be a surprise because of big argument. He had been scolded and wanted to make up and really a surprise. Card from Orlando, he was visiting MM at that time, which is why he felt guilty at anniversary time. Left message for Meredith, had held off because she liked to sleep in, joke to not call her before noon. Tried to call Michelle because she had doctor's appt in a.m. left message at house then tried work later, as she was to go to work after her appt. then tried her cell and still couldn't get her. Not uncommon to not get hold of her because of meetings.
When couldn't get hold of Meredith, she hadn't returned call and it had been hours so he called mom and asked to call her and see if she could give her my message. I was having a lot of phone problems, etc...............when got to Brevard, went to another lead for Transalvania hospital, they were coming to a decision on their electronic records, just wanted to get foot in the door. had contact before and tried to get something more formal and left voice mail and hadn't heard back so was being persistant. drop in and cold call aren't exactly the same....person to speak with was in meeting so he left a card. then went home (mom's i would assume)
He remembers it was sunny, windown down, driving in and seeing mom and step dad standing in yard and their demeaner was odd. He could tell mom and step dad both upset. He thought something wrong with grandma. Gerald told me Michelle was dead, he fell. about broke on inside, didn't believe it. didn't feel real, kind of weepy and very emotional,
remembers going inside house and he just recalls crying, sobbing and feeling really hot then cold and don't remember that much. had difficulty remembering some things during that time period. Doesn't remember heather and joe coming, time confusion, he couldn't understand how people were there and time didn't make sense. Then got in car and coming back to C, Rawleigh, Meredith's house, he was in back seat, etc........he thinks mom said LE called and said something rude and 'are you headed back to Raleigh? and you better be!' he didn't understand that. Stopped at Applebees, was getting info on what his friends were saying. Ryan, etc said LE was asking ugly questions and pointing at him. They told him he needed to get a lawyer before talking to anyone. J's sis had a lawyer who isn't criminal lawyer and she called him to ask him where to start. They said before going to Meredith's get lawyer
