At least you are still breathing Jason, you seem to have been enjoying yourself quite well playing basketball down there in Brevard, and all thos vacations you took with your mommy.

When explaining everything he has lost, he failed to mention custody of his daughter. Interesting...

J looking at 3rd bday for C, 3/29/07, friend Scott, mom, C, bev, Meredity, Riley, emily,

Get back to Raleigh, plan funeral? yes sir

LF came in and took over. He was there for the arrangements and he didn't feel he needed to :twocents: because LF seemed to have her own ideas. Daisys that mom and Kim had for when C was born, he'd planted at mailbox, top of casket.......

Anything personal between you and M at funeral? yes sir....when M and I were exchangeing I love yous and 'bushel and a peck song,' M put that in his wallet on paper and he always carried it. wanted her to have it. {weeping}
He put it in her hand in casket so it could be in her special place. Said good bye to Riley, {weeping, weeping} he could only put his hand on her stomach. Dramatic, blowing nose. :( said he could keep going. Didn't want C around all the media so she wasn't at funeral. Them hiding in bushes, they were relentless, wanted C away from all that, had his sis and BIL take her back to Brevard. He stayed in Raleigh for another 3 or 4 days, doens' exactly recall. Took picture with police and records show he'd purchased shoes that day to wear because house was locked up by LE and luggage was with LE, had to buy clothes for funeral and lot of friends clothes didn't fit him or weren't very nice looking.

Puerto Rico trip with C. Why? it was a surprise ........PR was a special place for M, her bday is around valentines day. they stayed there as a surprise for M. had an awesome time. Took C there later a couple of times to see rain forest, M loved it and went hiking and waterfall, C loves outdoors and hiking. Testimony about visitation, ...................verified where he lived, with mom. at first visitation with Fischers ???? a point where LF had gotten loud and dramatic in front of C and at that point he decided he didn't want C around that and she didn't understand that. She was happy and busy and didn't know about tragedy part. After cut off contact, received corres from lawyer, he got Alice Stubbs...............he couldn't afford custody battle, because of media and internet website...........................he lost his calls because of phone calls and such by outside sources (in other words)....visitation fees to that point was $10K.....................and he thought he may still be arrested because of LE actions behind the scenes. his lawyer told him it was easy to get an indictment.....since M's death he's lost everything, family, friends, jobs, everything. Have you ever intentionally, physically harmed anybody? NO sir...............it would be wonderful for him to say he remembers what they talked about on the phone but he knows it was a normal goodnight and he'd made it up there safely. He doesn't remember. Doesn't know any reason anyone would want to kill M. He didn't strangle her, didn't hit her on the head 30 times, he wasn't there when it happened, he had nothing to do with it.

Def done.

Judge meeting with attorneys.

12:50 so lunch break now............usual judge statement to jury.........2:00 will resume. 1 hr 10 min for lunch

We are likely going to have to wait until after lunch for Ms. Holt. Good, give her more time to get questions together.

So all the smoke yesterday was from jy cooking up this performance??

Even though I firmly believe JY just got on the stand and lied a ton, I am glad to have heard him say something after almost 5 years. Not that I believe any of it though.

"C'mon back at 2 o'clock." Love Southern judges!!

His goose is cooked IMO. Only thing he will say is 'I don't know' when asked.

I used to sing that song ("Bushel & a Peck") all the time to my beloved dog. Of course my singing was sincere and heartfelt. His? GAG. Placing that in the casket? double-GAG.

He's toast. Jury will come back with a guilty verdict in less than half a day.

DA: "Did anyone have any reason to kill your wife?"

JY (in bizzaro honest world): "No, that's why I had to do it myself."

And his BFF, Michelle. I realize that's implied in the question, but I know if it was my husband I'd lost, He would be the first one I mentioned again. JMO

I thought the SW's served in Brevard were sometime in early 2008...

Well it is a bit more, how do you say, maybe kinder, than sending Michelle an aniversary card from his mistress's home.

I sing it to my grandsons, and tell them 'I love them around the moon and back again'. But as you said, with true sincerity. :maddening:

So according to JY, there were simple explainations for everything! If that was the case, why would his attorney not agree to have LE interview him with his attorney present?
