In dating never agreed to be exclusive? not formal......never talked about it, just stayed with one another. Puerto Rico before you got married? he doesn't remember. maybe before.
Did you agree you were just seeing one another? When back from Puerto Rico trip you were living in Townhouse. M found pair of panties in your suitcase? he said no. he denies Julie tental? and one time after M had moved in but had just kind of lost her apt.

He finally admitted he had relations with JT while dating M. Fin arrangement his/her/joint acct. M was making ??? when she died. He doesn't remember, 65 or 60K, approx. He was making 70K.......he had worked there two or three months.
Disputes between you and M were about fin matters? yes....M thought you should sell TH? he is saying he thought she liked it but didn't want to handle renting, etc....he could handle....it rented easily. You indicated some disputes were over fin? arguments about YOUR online gambling, yes mam......

Regarding 11/02, you indicated you did yard work? what time of day? believe afternoon. when you finished you knew you had to be in VA for appt at 10:00, yes.................yet you didn't leave house until afternoon and waited until afternoon? yes..............told KS you were going to VA? yes.....Gaylax VA, yes.....you indicated that's when you printed out mapquest directions, that eveneing? yes....same time priniting out Coach? yes
It was on way to VA you spoke to mom about visiting on Fri? yes...you said at that point you were catching up, an hour on the phone? yes, like mother and son would......you talked to your mom everyday? don't remember that. When on trip, talking to someone, if she was around she might be person who got call....................we've always been very close.
You parked your car on end of the hotel? yes ma'am....not up front? .....there were none available at front, first available spot.
In order to get in hotel, had to walk around to front door? yes ma'am
That night you decided to smoke cigar? how long smoking? cigars? anything? started smoking cigars when at B&D, few years back, not often. Would you on occasion take a strong stand against smoking? yes ma'am....cigarett smoking is very bad.
You spoke about your and M's argument on Wed. 11/1? yes.................you heard M talking to Meredith later? I thought it was Linda so I heard her on phone........but you called Meredith to give her your side? yes............you heard testimony about counselling session that Fri before? that particular sessions? no.....do not remember ever recall 4 hours....what would have happened to C for 4 hours........
You indicated in testimony you indicated you'd never been violent before? after one mentioned, absolutely not........She brought up him punching Ms. C's car window....he recalls that but he didn't hit her.........hit her windshield. It had to be replaced? he said it already had a chip and it cracked.........wasn't all caused by him, just extended by him.
another incident with Ms C and he punched his fist through the wall. He doesn't recall that. Do you recall in Charlott and Ms C found letter from other woman and you punched your fist through the wall because she read it? I got angry but didn't punch hole in wall.......I had a roommate then and when we moved, no damage to apt.
You were going to play golf that one morning....??? yes.......you became angry because M wanted to ride with you? no......that's not what made me angry. What made you angry? Dialogue about she was supposed to go with girls, she erased message, and he was upset she erased it and denied she had erased it..........very mad....you argued about that the night before at your anniv dinner? no ma'am ......I was on phone w/prev employer and finishing conv and drove all the way to restaurant and DARN! IT BUFFERED, DIDN'T HEAR THE ANSWER......doesn't remember driving off and he walked off. He went to pool area and sat there. Doesn't remember M coming looking for him in car? no................recalls argument continuing until back to apt........arguments usually pidly and go back and forth.
