I am very disappointed in the cross examination. There was so much more she could have addressed. She could have kept him on the stand for the rest of the month if she wanted to, leaving nothing undone.

Just listening to his interaction with BH made me believe he could bludgeon his pregnant wife to death.

I knew he was lying when he said he needed to go get his computer charger (body language), and I knew he was lying when he said "no he wasn't" when his attorney asked him if he was there when his wife was killed because he said "no" but shook his head yes (something that is physically difficult for me to do at all; try it), but I didn't really understand that he was capable of the anger it would take to do it until cross examination.

It's okay that is was short. Point has been made.

Most prosecutors would die for the opportunity to question a defendant such as JLY. I can't believe what a let down this was. IMO, Boz would have creamed JLY. MOO MOO

I am really pizzed right now. The State just blew a golden opportunity to nail this vile man. I'm so afraid the jury will either hang or find him not guilty simply because of the stupid little inconsistencies like the two eyewitness in the early hours of Nov. 3.
