Given the size of the timestamp numbers on the dark pullover image, it looks like it was magnified and cropped, so perhaps the resolution is b/c he was farther from the camera, in addition to whatever was done to the image. Also perhaps the lens wasn't clean or something to cause it to have poorer focus.
I was going to post something like that as well. I would not have been shocked in the least to find out a woman did it all by herself.
Agreed. 12 people may debate it.
Is the defense scrambling this weekend to overcome the day care worker's testimony? Did they see this coming?

Agreed a woman is capable of horrific murder, but to me the fact that some of MY's hair was found detached from her head is not an indication of that due to the nature of the beating and strangulation. Anyway, a man could pull hair as easily as a woman during a struggle, if that had been the case.

Or, and I don't want to get too graphic here, the hair could have been pulled forcefully from her head by the weapon used, regardless of the gender of the person wielding that weapon.
I don't see why they would if the defense did not object to that photo being introduced into evidence as being JY.
Did they object to that?
If they did not and the jury debates it, then I'd have to scratch my head wondering why they would do that.
I've seen tall women. How can you see a masculine build when the door is hiding the body?
Just so there is no confusion. This is the picture I'm talking about.

Not sure I understand what you're saying. You posted that we can debate the picture till the cows come home and have 10 different opinions. I'm just agreeing that yes perhaps the jury will debate it also depending on what each one of them sees in the photo, if relevant, of course or if it's even something they want to discuss.

Could be. Has a theory been presented by the prosecution as to how a clump of hair got underneath her body?
What I am saying is that Gritguy pointed out to us that why are we questioning this photo if the defense did not question it.
By the defense not questioning it is him, are they not admitting it is?
If so and they did not object to the photo, then there is no debate to be had.
IMO
