He has all the evidence to prove kc's innocence that will make us all say "aaahhhhh, now we get it", he just wants kc to sit her innocent butt in jail so he can give us our "shock and awe" moment that will make everyone boost him on their shoulders and carry him down the street chanting his name . . . . :waitasec: And then monkeys flew out of my . . . . er, I must go now.

I think JA is getting so pi**ed with jb antics because jb is playing a game and not being held accountable . JA is a professional. I have watched JA and you can see the animosity and the control he tries so hard to exersize when speaking with Mr Baez I actually feel sorry for him . I dont know how he doesnt lose it. Also he knows that jb has a competent, death penalty lawyer, who should know better, but as JBP says "this is a game of poker"....I love him he knows exactly whats going on. He knows when to" hold em" and also when to" fold em...."

As for mr cm I see through his im deaf dumb and going senile little shenanigans. Yes thats right mr cm, like a clear glass window, i see right through you. He wasnt so confused and hard of hearing when having his little melt down whilst interviewing ms LB he went after her like a rabid dog and right for the jugular at that!

Mr cm better beware your games dont come back and bite you on the a@@. If i a mere housewife can see right through you and your little games, then so will every member, of any jury, who has the misfortune to be seated in a courtroom with yourself and tonto at your side. Try making yourselves more likeable if possible.

I'll bet hes hoping everyone just tunes out his monotanous ramblings and fall asleep for 8 weeks and only awake for the big aha moment.

However he had best keep a VERY CLOSE eye on ms ca as she is about to implode magnificantly. I can just see her lose it big time halfway through this trial. HER, having to LISTEN to and NOT respond to, all these "lies and mistruths," being said about her, day in day out. HAH, NOT ON YOUR NELLY, IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN SHES GOnNA TALK AND GOD WHEN SHE DOES...... MELTDOWN... you aint gonna be able to shut her up everyones gonna get it just you wait and see.

Have you noticed her twitches, trying to control her angry outbursts and shes only there for a couple of hours at most. Yes its going to get interesting.

Today it actually just dawned on me that ca truely is evil. she killed her own baby and i cant stop thinking did she really wrap her poor duct taped baby up an a lovely winnie the pooh blanket and carry her to the boot of her car I know all Ive read and watched thanks to this site but for some reason today the reality of what she has done and what she is truely capable of is really really disturbing.....

If the defense can file a new motion for funding for this MH expert to assist in exploring mitigating factors, why can't they keep on schedule. It appears to me, that Baez believes he is above it all and doesn't have to comply with the judges orders until he is ready to comply.

It appears there is animosity between JA and JB but why and where does it stem from. This is about a young woman who broke the law in a most heinous way, allegedly taking the life of her own child. If this animosity is carried through the trial, I wonder how jurors will react to this...If Baez has any notions of trying to get a plea change, wouldn't it be better for him and his client to not ruffle those feathers?

He also had a deadline for expert reports, where they filed on time? JMHO

Is this why he missed the deadline and the real reason JA wants JB held in contempt? It was obvious JB was not happy at the hearing because the date the judge set was before the conference. It just seems to me that JB did this deliberately to get his way regardless of what JP said and JA has had it. He thinks he can feign confusion and the court is going to believe that crap? He is such a privileged character just like his client thinks she is. I cannot wait for this trial to be done.

What? I thought any mental health related defense went out the window a looooooooong time ago. An attorney had suggested it at the very beginning of the case, Baez said no, and that attorney promptly left. Macaluso? No, it was someone else and I can't remember their name.

I think it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too late to cite mental defect. Sheesh! But I'm guessing this is probably for the mitigation phase. Don't kill her because she's mental and can be rehabilitated?

She has had a couple of mental health experts visit her though. That is why they wanted her visitor log kept private IMO. One was an expert in sexual abuse and facetious disorders IIRC. Don't have time to search. So I'm wondering why they are requesting another one.:waitasec:

She did. Ordered by the court via Dr. Danziger (sp?) who is now on the Penalty phase expert list. My guess is that no one that has talked to her has come up with something helpful to Ms. Finnell and her cause.
