Another thing, Baez's accounting of time is seriously skewered, Baez states in the motion, written on 28 Feb, that the trial is "3 months away"....No, Baez it is in approximately 66 days, NOT 3 months.

Whew, this guy will never be ready on time, expect epic attempts by Baez trying to "thwartify" the trial start date.

BBM. Yeah, he is definitely overcompensating for something...wow. I feel so bad for the SA's office and HHJP that they have to deal with Baez. I just get this image of him puffing up everytime he writes a motion like he's going to say, "OH YEAH? MESS WITH ME, WILL YOU!" And it flabbergasts me that he thinks the court is going to intervene and be on his side. Hello, earth to Baez? Have you not seen the looks HHJP is giving you in EVERY hearing? :maddening::banghead:

And I can't believe he said ICA didn't know about something in his motion. One, she could care less. She doesn't give two sh*** how the legal process works or she wouldn't still have Baez as a lawyer. Two, if she doesn't know it's because YOU DIDN'T TELL HER, Baez! Unbelievable!

Oh yeah, I remember that. I just don't see how JB will be able to have that piece of paper thrown out. But then I don't think like JB.:rocker:

Now that you mention it. The only communications I can remember between LA and PI man consisted mainly of PI informing LA of his endorsement for PI school. I've wondered for some time that perhaps that specific subpoena wasn't respected as it should have, IMO.
