Well, right now, I have to buy myself a new chair. Seems that I have picked up Judge Perry's habit of rocking... except mine is a little more violent since the arm on the left side of the chair is dangling right now. Is Baez wanting the court to lower its standards to his level of comprehension? To me this is more about the state not responding to his motions. What a unique strategy.
