Jury Selection to start Thurs and/or Frid - May 24th &/or 25th
Trial to start on Tuesday May 29th - 1 week for trial
Change of Venue to Chattannoga - Jury will be sequestered
Will accept plea deal up to certain date - did not mention date, or I didn't catch it.

they may get a plea deal before then and that is why also because of judge's schedule

I thought they were going to pull the jury from Chattanooga- not move the trial there (but I couldn’t hear very well - had a lot going on here)

I had a computer virus :gaah: and guess when the IT computer guy comes - yep at 2:00 pm when the hearing started ... so I was unable to help with the posting.
