Steven Avery: Guilty of Teresa Halbach's Murder? #2

So you got to admit Eisenberg & Culhane aren't infallible then?
Those mistakes are the things that convict innocent people though. Very dangerous mistakes IMO

Neither is Zellner. SA/BD are not innocent.

BBM - all of the truthers feel the same way so you're in good company.

Legitimate business is not coming out in a towel to meet the Auto Trade chick. And if he had done legitimate business, why dial *67 to hide your identity ? Why leave Barb's phone # if you're the one that will be meeting TH ? As far as the DNA and cleanup, SA had at least 3 days before TH was reported missing. As far as I know, the key was found on the floor after the bookcase was shook. Who else had a big cut on their finger at the time of the crime ? And of TH was only there for 5 minutes, why didn't SA go back to work until 5pm ?

Zellner's tests prove nothing other than she knows how to procure experts that can do tests in a controlled environment 12+ years after the crime was committed.

But keep truthing ... nothing like a good conspiracy theory even though half of the LE enforcement personnel, prosecutors, and lab folks in Wisconsin would risk their jobs/careers/reputations to participate.

And go ahead and keep believing that Brendan Dassey made up everything lol ...

Another post full of innuendo, exaggerations and straight up fabrications.

Why don't you lay out what the fabrications are instead of making a stupid general accusation ?

KZ has proven, without a doubt, that the murder did not happen in the manner the prosecution presented.
She has made strong and convincing arguments that each key piece of evidence was PLANTED.
It is not speculation, she has expert witnesses that have destroyed each piece of evidence, one by one.

Some just choose to bury their heads in the sand and ignore or disregard the fact that the states narrative has been 100% debunked.

Thanks for your opinion but you know what they say about opinions.

It means that I think Zellner took the case for publicity based on MaM1.
Why would you think that? She is already rich and famous, LOL

  • #169
I think KZ has a much better track record though.

Maybe, but even the best defense lawyer can't take the guilt away from the guilty.

And as far as LE etc. involved in corruption, sure they lay their careers etc. on the line to be involved in it. MC aren't the only ones there, it does happen in lots of other places as well.

Not to the extent it would be needed in this case.

Rich ? How do you know that ?
Because she has won the wrongfully convicted millions in compensation after exoneration from which she would also get paid for all her work.

LOLOLOLOL ... I can't stop laughing at the "experts" ... especially the one who said Steven Avery could never have left his blood by the ignition key. Since the expert's test was done in broad daylight and not under duress. Laughable ....

What is laughable is the lengths some folks are willing to stretch their imaginations to toe the line of the states narrative.

The source of this deceptive information is coming directly from those involved in the corruption. And it is getting repeated over and over and over by narrow minded contrarians.

Not true, IMO But we don't exactly know the level of corruption there either? From what i have read WI is a pretty corrupt state. Just web search it and you will see various articles about it.

Why don't you tell me with 100% certainty that Steven Avery could not have brushed up against the panel behind the ignition switch with a cut finger ?

She can certainly take it away from the wrongfully incarcerated and she does.

(quote)
During her illustrious career, Zellner has won many cases that were considered unwinnable. This includes exonerating 17 men and winning approximately $110.0 million from wrongful conviction and medical malpractice lawsuits.

The name of the thread is :

Steven Avery: Guilty of Teresa Halbach's Murder?

Not :

Steven Avery is not Guilty of Teresa Halbach's Murder

Sorry, SA/BD were found to be guilty and BD admitted it.

It’s been done numerous times throughout these threads. I am willing to wait for the case to play out. No need for debates anymore. But I’ll point out when fabrications are being peddled.

Anyone notice it is only those who support the state without question, that continue the smear campaign against Zellner and Avery.

If Zellner wasnt making the state worried with her investigation, there wouldn’t be so much push back like there is now.

It is quite entertaining watching these cretins squirm.
