Interesting that WVCPD chose to do a doc dump on a late Friday. Did they think we wouldn't notice?

This was in Washington... the Utah warrants are still sealed. These are the warrants that they got in Washington to search up there.

WVPD had no control over these warrants getting out, or we wouldn't have seen them and they are not happy we did.

It was not WVCPD's decision. A Pierce County, Wa judged unsealed and released this at the request of Steve Powell's attorneys. Go figure huh? WVCPD is not happy about this at all because it is still an open investigation.

After the warrant was unsealed, Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist said that under Washington state law, there was enough evidence there to arrest Josh Powell.



"Based on the facts that we now know, I can say that the case against Josh Powell for the murder of Susan Powell is one that we would have charged," Lindquist said.

I just now got an email alert from the Tacoma News Tribune saying they are questioning why he was never arrested!!! I'll have to go back and read these posts.

Included in the evidence found in the May 2010 search were pictures of Susan's face on random naked women's bodies, and pictures of Steve Powell masturbating onto pictures of Susan Powell.

A hearing on the motion to toss out the evidence is scheduled for April 23. But in order for attorneys to argue the validity of the search warrants, they have to be available in open court.

Nah, I kinda think they were giving us something to "feed" on over the weekend, lol. You know, sort of like creating a feeding frenzy among the fish.

It isn't even an issue for me of why they didn't charge Josh Powell with murdering Susan, she was already dead. (Sorry.)

WHY didn't they give Washington the information needed to protect those boys? lease:

If Washington had known half of this stuff Josh Powell would have lost custody sooner and wouldn't have had visitation.
Sure murder charges would have been nice and accomplished that too. But if they weren't going to charge him, that's fine.

They should have turned their attention to doing everything in their power to protect two innocent little boys.

They had information all along that would have saved Charlie & Braden.

They didn't give it to those in charge of protecting Charlie & Braden.

They were willing to put it in a sealed warrant. They could have put it in sealed custody documents too.
I think everyone would have given up a prosecution in Susan's case, to save the boys instead. :twocents:
They protected the integrity of their murder case against Josh Powell. Are they going to dig him up and charge him? :banghead:

Susan wasn't just worried SHE would die, she was worried about a murder suicide situation. Susan's fears were right again.
I am so sorry Susan, Braden and Charlie. You deserved better. lease:

Crazy. WVC has their own set up. Are they even part of Salt Lake County? Who would have been in charge of filing charges? Their city Attorney? I want whoever it is to explain why no charges against JP.

I don't think so. My impression is they all wanted JP's butt. It's not uncommon for PD to have their hands tied by their attorneys.

It could run deeper than that. Why no charges posessing child ?
Could it be that SP & JP were part of a larger ring in Utah & or WA that involved people in the Corrections Dept?
I have zero proof just throwing out an idea.
It blows my mind that none of these red flags (and there way too many to ignore) were enough to do something legally to protect the children. you get in more trouble smoking pot or jaywalking in WA State.
Really fedup with the Justice system.
