I had always wondered why the suitcase was used as a step up to the window when in the evidence photos you can clearly see a couple of things to be used instead including something specifically for that reason

Well nobody in the residence expected it to be there ?? It was placed near a obvious entry/exit to where the body was located if you don't overthink things !! If john was the last person to truly use that window and said that he hadn't seen it before , and the contents is that of a sperm covered blanket and a childrens book I'd conclude as a father and a normal thinking person my son from the previous marriage was connected at least somewhat till I came to some better conclusion ? But that's all speculation of course . I can't honestly see somebody as a kidnapper doing what was done unless the two guys who supposedly done so which in the letter stated were the downright lowest guys to choose to a kidnapping or just really hated john which you would have an idea at that point if somebody is able to do this then you know what you have done to piss somebody off to the point you know who they are at least

John was a smart guy and made a brilliant, knee-jerked decision once he realized he could use his earlier break in as possible intruder exit. Frankly, without him, Patsy would have spilled the beans by lunch.

The window had spider webs in it that were undisturbed. The suitcase was just more staging. The window wasn’t used for anything that night.

You break into that house and you'll trip over twenty things before you get through the first room. All lazy Patsy had to was smile and clean the house and she couldn't manage it. This is also a woman who concluded her signature with a "BA", as if attaining a Bachelor's Degree is accomplishing something so appearances were everything.
