Wrong. Dr Ford contacted WaPo tip line in July then directly this past month per her testimony. I do not have any faith in the FBI investigation as Trump is trying to limit and obstruct justice.
The letter to Feinstein was leaked to the WaPo. I watched the entire hearing. I heard it for myself.

Her therapist wrote it down wrong. She has told other people too recently.

Well of course. Her therapist made the mistake. I don’t understand why the therapist would write four if she said two, but if Ford says so, we must believe her. Ok. But anyway, she never specifically mentioned Kavanaugh to her therapist.

I was not aware that no msm considered her the only victim

That American Bar Association report showed that Kavanaugh was "down-graded" from Highly Qualified to just Qualified the last time around.

Criticisms focused on his stubbornness and rigidity and also focused on his lack of actual trial experience. Kavanaugh never tried a case to verdict by himself in his entire career!

Meaning that if he makes it, he'll sit on the SC without ever having tried a case. What an insult to all the hard working attorneys nationwide.

Of course. This is exactly why so many women do not report sexual assaults. Why would you set yourself up to be assaulted all over again by the "justice" system? We all know how it works.
Been there, done that. Truth is truth!

Yes I did. Seems the consensus is that she told a friend who told a friend...

Your comment brought to mind the song, Take It on the Run, by REO Speedwagon.

Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from a friend who
Heard it from another you been messin' around
They say you got a boyfriend
You're out late every weekend
They're talkin' about you and it's bringin' me down

If you have questions about who is the victim and what you can post, we've been told to ask a Mod or Tricia.

I would imagine this man is a very sensitive

What?

You asked what would happen to which one of the two is found to be "lying." You think there's only two people to choose between?

Yes, and none of those friends can corroborate her story.
And that is why we have the resulting chaos. I think what the FBI will uncover is that both are victims of some very dangerous political games. JMO

;)

She heard it from a friend
who heard it from a friend, who-o-o ...

EuTuCroquet, we don’t agree on much here, but I just posted these lyrics before seeing your post! Touché!

@Maytruthprevail, please read this post. We've been told not to sleuth Ford or her family, friends, colleagues, husband, etc. Messaging a mod for guidance might be a good idea if there's something specific you're wanting to discuss. Just a friendly suggestion.

Not according to Rudy Giuliani! "Truth isn't truth." And some peeps actually believe that.

Twilight Zone!

I woke up at 2am this morning. I still have the transcripts from my trial. I wanted to burn them 2 years ago when our daughter turned 18. I paid $1000 for them! I couldn’t do it. Lying is wrong. Lying under oath is worse. Using people is wrong. Use things, love people. This is difficult for me. (I seriously woke up afraid that someone wouldn’t believe me!)

"In an unusual break with their own policy, the American Civil Liberties Union announced that it was opposing Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court.

The ACLU is nonpartisan — it does not oppose or support candidates for judicial or political office — but the group said in a release Saturday afternoon that its board held an 'extraordinary meeting, and has chosen to make an exception to that policy.'”

ACLU breaks nonpartisan tradition by opposing Brett Kavanaugh

Yes, Judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford.

Well we can probably all agree that we want justice and truth to prevail. I take that as a given why most of us are here. We have all seen people wrongly accused before and what that can do to someone's life. So we shall wait patiently to see if there is any merit to the accusations and justice is done to the laws of our system as we know it.

Here on WS, we've also seen many cases where people have gotten away with murder for decades or forever. Sometimes, evidence can be elusive. Doesn't mean a crime wasn't committed.
