I'm trying to figure out why it's impossible for someone in Senator Fienstein's office to have leaked the letter.

Didn't say it was impossible, just extremely unlikely. Feinstein didn't want the letter made public, for the reasons listed, and Senator's staff members don't last long if they are not fully on board; typically staff & Senator feel like family to one another and are extremely loyal.

The fact that so many others knew about the letter after that confrontation, and disagreed with Feinstein holding on to it provides a long list of much more plausible sources, including from Dr. Ford's circle of friends.

There is no way for anyone to know whether this happened or not. Even if the FBI had years and unlimited resources, no one will ever know what, if anything, happened.

The information was first posted by The Intercept. They broke the story. The editor of The Intercept has publically stated that Feinstein’s office was not the source of the leak. IMO it’s not impossible, just highly unlikely. He won’t reveal the source, just that the leak did not originate from Feinstein or her staff. Sorry; can’t provide link but the Intercept editor’s Twitter page still contains a tweet stating such.

Untrue/unproven/irrelevant.


The alleged "spy" allegedly worked in F's SF local office, and allegedly sent info about local politics back to China.

None of that was ever proven, but even if true, no SF staff member had any kind of security clearance (they do constituent -related work in local offices, fgs), and no secret information ever flowed through that office. Perhaps, though, the Chinese sent a spy there to report back on the weather, or about ttraffic?

Anyone who is complicit in outing a sexual assault victim without their permission is a despicable person who gets zero respect from me.

He is obviously a person who puts his own agenda before the victim. In other words he is scum. JMO

Others elsewhere have sleuthed the bejeebers out of this. One consensus possiblity: Judge's grandparents owned a house that fits location criteria and Judge was known to have parties there.

Aahhhhh... It came out pretty fast that Mark Judge was cooperating with the FBI. And if it was not someone's parents house, known to the kids, this might explain some of why Dr. Ford can't place the house. But she can describe the inside...

Could also explain Judge feeling ok about shoving Ford into a bedroom --that he was familiar with,and likely K would have been too-- and knew where to find & turn up music quickly, even when that drunk.

A party at a house that didn't belong to anyone's parents.
Someone's uncle or aunt's house? That would be weird.

Where else would a group of teenagers go to party? A friends house who was out of town with their parents? That's weird also. JMO

I’m sorry you feel that way. I find it quite concerning. I find it even more concerning that folks are all too willing to overlook it and blow it off as “unproven”

The kids Ford claims were there don't recall the party and Ford herself can't recall how she got there or how she got home.

I wonder if CF read MJ's book prior to her testimony. She talked about him more than she did BK. JMO
