I vehemently disagree. It is clear, if you pay attention, that news networks are being run by political philosophies. Their job is to report the truth. Not to report whatever their politically affiliated CEO's want reported.

You have been brainwashed. We all have been brainwashed.

JFK warned you America. Now his warnings are being validated.

I do not know wtf is going on or what entity is responsible , but the manipulation is clear.

It is as clear as day. Wake up!
Fox is definitely biased and cannot be trusted. The only trustworthy reporters there are Sheperd Smith, Chris Wallace, and a couple of others. The commentators at night ie Hannity are ludicrous.

LOL, it ain’t only Fox.

Wake Up!

The confirmation bias here is off the charts.

No.
She could easily have informed the committee in one of their closed door meetings that she had been approached by a Jane Doe alleging BK had sexually assaulted her when he was a young man. The committee could have then asked the FBI to expand their investigation in that direction. There is no reason this could not have been done while maintaining confidentiality. After all, if this was supposed to be a pattern of behavior, there would undoubtedly be other incidents and any number of possible Jane Does. Feinstein sat on it deliberately for political reasons.
There was no guarantee of confidentiality--and letter did leak. This is just a Republican talking point to divert attention away from BK perjury.

I’m sorry you feel that way. I find it quite concerning. I find it even more concerning that folks are all too willing to overlook it and blow it off as “unproven”

Ironic isn’t it?

I check nonpartisan, verified sources, especially when allegations like that are force fed via right wing media. Every fact checker source says: unverified overall, and many aspects of the story, flat out untrue. Facts matter.

I wonder if CF read MJ's book prior to her testimony. She talked about him more than she did BK. JMO

Well, did you notice how she said, if she could find out when Judge worked at the grocery store or whatever it was, she would be able to narrow down a date for the assault?

That information is in Judges writings. There is no way her lawyers didn’t know that.

Right on point! IMO.

It does appear the goal all along was to have a public, fully televised hearing in order to publicly humiliate Judge K. I don't believe the dems anticipated the intense public backlash over such disgusting tactics. JMO
There's a huge backlash over BK ludicrous behavior. SNL captured it. He's a partisan hack and liar. Unfit to judge a wet t shirt contest.

Good lord guys. We are discussing a nominee for the nations highest court.

SO... i was writing a post . But I got confused and had to go look stuff up again .

I thought i was talking about farting but when i looked it up i realized that I was actually was talking about inserting a rubber hose up ones tushie to have a cocktail.

Although the areas are identical it made no sense (the post)

If the desire/ need to consume alcohol through one's colon is the best way to get a buzz - addiction theory would indicate quite a high tolerance had already been developed.

If one visually pauses for a moment and places oneself at a party where this is how people are consuming alcoholic beverages the images are (one tube I assume ) - shall we say well - certainly not clean like a nicely washed cocktail glass.

Naked men are a good thing. But I am confident any ladies I know would really not want to party with guys who are drinking via their tushie!

Think about this - this is about a SC nominee..........

The apparent willingness to ignore placement for consumption also can provide one some pause. I have been an eager participant in some crazy parties but having a cocktail via anus never happened.

Maybe I was missing great parties??

Off track. Back to the other post . The devil's triangle finally made sense to me in that is why Judge jumped on top.

But then i got it backwards again between farting and drinking via tushie while considering a Yale collage student who apparently stutters when using the word F$ck.

Could all the puking being discussed be related to drinking cocktails from one tushie? Maybe that results in passing lots of gas ? Who knows.

We are talking about a SC nominee

It then struck me like a thunderbolt -- we are talking about a SC nominee and have to keep up with alleged two guys on one girl , passing gas, puking, cursing, and drinking via the other end of one's body -- we got some problems

The abovementioned in and of itself is not boys being boys.

pathetic

think about it for a second.

Pardon the pun but we sure have ended up in the bowels of depravity.

And...........our lifestyle can have some crazy stuff
As you say, flatulence does not equal boof. What it is is over the top dangerous stuff for anyone, much less teenagers. Not even something to joke about, IMO. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up.

What Exactly Is 'Boofing' And When You Should Never Do It

The Trump investigation is a scam, as worthless as a degree at Trump U. The vast majority of the American public will see it as just another stunt.

I know. The wheels will be flying off the bus toward the end of the week. imo.

I've seen no backlash. SNL has always done political satire. Nobody should take it seriously.

Wow, I just spent some time comparing and contrasting the MSM coverage on this case over the past several days.
If you were to watch the Democratic News Network vs GOP News, you would think you were switching back and forth between alternate universes.

This is what you call main stream news? Seriously?

You are being deceitfully manipulated on both sides. The news isn't news anymore.

This is not a free press people. America, get your head out of your you know what!
I worked as a news reporter of local news and as a news editor overseas for U.S government so I think I'm pretty good judge of media. Wake up! Do you have any journalism background? And yes sometimes I disagree with stories at CNN etc but Fox is so much more biased and can't be called journalism.

FBI's Kavanaugh investigation narrow in scope - CNNPolitics

>>snip

Kavanaugh's drinking history, the source said, which has come up in the allegations, is not part of the probe, which was being managed by the FBI's security division at the agency's headquarters in Washington.

I think everyone realizes that if drinking history is relevant for positions of power and influence, the field of qualified applicants will be significantly reduced. Many people, the majority even, drink excessively at some point if their lives.

Of course his "drinking history" isn't part of the probe. It's laughable how some are fixated on teenage behavior in high school and in college decades ago.

Anyone who is complicit in outing a sexual assault victim without their permission is a despicable person who gets zero respect from me.

He is obviously a person who puts his own agenda before the victim. In other words he is scum. JMO

I agree. Whomever outed Dr. Blasey Ford as a sexual assault victim without her permission is scum.

Now that Dr. Blasey Ford has come forward (despite her fear) and has told us about her experience, I'm focused on listening to her.

I'm focused on hearing and listening to sexual assault survivors, who have been silenced by the patriarchal paradigm of 'power over' for far too long.

I'm focused on addressing the manifestation of 'power over' in the form of sexual assault, which is the real issue here, IMO.

Power Over in the form of sexual assault, in all its varying degrees, is an epidemic. Sexual assault must no longer be swept under the carpet.

The patriarchal paradigm of Power Over must be addressed.

What are we going to do about it?

The kids Ford claims were there don't recall the party and Ford herself can't recall how she got there or how she got home.

Yes, that has been stated many, many times. If the FBI was allowed to freely investigate, I'm confident they could narrow the time window to within a week. The best guess of many is that the assault happened on July 1.

If the FBI floated July 1 when questioning possible witnesses, they would have some info to work with that could, conceivable, prompt some general memories of others in K & Judge's Georgetown Prep circle.

July 1, 1982. The day the drinking age went from 18 to 19 in MD. The only day on K's calendar that explicitly mentioned going to a friend's house to drink "skis". A FU gathering, just like the 100 keg club was a FU for having to do community service on Sundays.

No one has investigated/spoken with Timmy, at least, not for the record. Timmy? Do you remember throwing a FU party on July 1? Do you remember how long K and Judge stayed there? Did they mention going to the Country Club afterwards, or going to Judge's grandparent's house so Judge & K could really let loose? Do you remember Dr. Ford's BF Squi being there? Could he have left with K and Judge?

Perhaps Squi left, hung out at the pool, picked up Dr. Ford & took her to the party. Notice no one has spoken to Squi either, and he's not on the WH- approved list of folks the FBI is allowed to question.

Squi could have lots to say.......

I don't care about anybody's drinking history as long as it isn't done on the job and doesn't affect his job. What is more important to me is Judge K's current job performance and the views of his peers and subordinates.

Re: Ramirez allegation. In Ronan Farrow's New Yorker article last Sunday a doctor in NM said he heard about the allegation about BK the night it happened at Yale or next day and he discussed incident with other former Yale classmates this past summer when BK was nominated. This person must be interviewed. It is he said, they said.
