I've seen many posts about perjury being committed by Kavanaugh but I believe it's posters opinion only based on allegations and not fact at this time.

If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will provide links that proves these allegations are fact.

We have posted many links.

I can relate to anxiety over flying. I don't like flying even though I flew in the past. Perhaps her anxiety over it gotten worse.

Where I work, we often have meetings with people in D.C., every thing is done with a camera system, no one has time or money to fly around the country for meetings.

I believe Dr. Ford was given the option of using a similar setup for her testimony. But, she chose to drive across the country. She chose to sit at a desk, in front of people, cameras, Senate committee, to testify. That was her choice, perfectly fine. But, if this situation was so personal, heart wrenching, why did she choose such a public forum? With the drama of a cross country trip, not by plane, even though there is evidence that she has taken plane trips previously.

It just seems that this was orchestrated for maximum drama. The timing, the entire situation and presentation. Choreographed down to the nth degree.

Just a note.

The Committee was told Dr. Ford has a fear of flying so they offered to go to Cali and interview her privately. Ford testified she wasn't aware of their offer. She also testified that she has flown frequently and she flew to testify. I agree it was orchestrated for maximum drama and that's why the Republican members are demanding an investigation. JMO

You have posted links that says Kavanugh has been convicted of perjury or that it's someones opinion that he committed perjury?

In my opinion he hasn't committed the crime of perjury.

Probably be able to do that. As we've posted here multiple witnesses, at least 5, have said he lied in Thursday testimony. Investigation will begin in January with new House judiciary committee.

But it’s only their words against his, much different proof than the proof involved with Clinton’s perjury. Also, the specific witnesses Ford alluded to did not coorborate her story.

Maybe Ford’s interview will be their last.

ABC News just reported the FBI is first interviewing those who Ford claims were at the party.

That isn't on their website yet. I did find this on their site that fits in with what you heard. Links when possible please.

The New York Times first reported that Ford's legal team had reached out to the FBI and, by Sunday afternoon, had not heard back on requests to interview their client.

We are talking about perjury about many issues, not related to Dr Ford which are provable with documents that are not being released but can be subpoenaed. Again these topics have previously been discussed here.

It is their word against his about drinking in his teen years. Nobody really cares but that is all the dems could come up with to destroy BK's integrity and the adults in the Senate aren't going to tolerate such tactics.

Which is why the FBI is interviewing the specific witnesses before they interview Ford. JMO

Dr Blasey flew to DC, she did not drive.

To say Dr. Blasey knew her letter would leak or chose to end up telling the world, in front of a Senate Committee, about being sexually assaulted is to call her a liar.

As I posted recently, I just called a rape crisis hotline a few days ago to tell the entire story about my rape for the first time. To a stranger I'll never meet. By phone. And yet, my heart was pounding so hard I could feel it & my hands were shaking when I "dialed."

Can anyone really believe Dr. Blasey told truth about being attacked by K (or strain to believe she was attacked , but confused about who did it) and yet also believe she lied about never wanting to be there, and her terror??

I have no problem with the FBI starting their questioning with the alleged witness's before getting to Dr Ford.

I doubt any of them will change their sworn statements and commit perjury. JMO
