I still go back and forth about judging people for activities in high school. But Kavanaugh has denied the allegations.
Dr. Ford? If the FBI investigation did not verify this, that doesn't mean it didn't happen. But, it can't be corroborated.
Many details of the allegations have been supported by evidence — including Kavanaugh's contradictory testimony. Meaning much of Ford's testimony corroborates that Kavanaugh has not told the truth.
I'm not directing this at you specifically,
@mickey2942. Just jumping off your post!
This shouldn't be a difficult concept to understand.
1. Set aside the sexual assault from the equation (hypothetically).
2. Now, look at the
he said/she said list — testimony, interviews, documents, etc.
3. Then, compare and contrast those lists to the evidence from everyone who has come forward with witness testimony, Kavanaugh's own documentation, etc.
4. Watch Kavanaugh's willful misstatements blossom like mold on a wet turd.
I'm just confused as to why this concept is so slippery to grasp. Everything is right there. Legally, the concept is really clear-cut. It's just been so convoluted by the political process.
All my own opinion, of course.
