For the longest time I believed that Burke deliberately killed JonBenet out of jealousy. After reexamining Nancy's story, I now believe that JonBenet's death was and accident. I am wondering how many other people feel the same way and I am asking that the category accident be included in any surveys. Apparently, I wasn't listening or understanding when in 2001 forensic scientist Henry Lee said “ it's possible JonBenet's death was an accident” or when Detective Smit said, "John, look, it was an accident.”
