There's no proof my client was using those computers. It could have been any police officer! He wasn't even on duty at the time and even if he was he says he doesn't believe it. (me as Brodsky written BEFORE I read the article OMG)

And yet Brodsky goes on to say this, which BTW, I agree with him. God, that was hard for me to type. So others did this, but nooooooo, not Drew!

I don't even think I've posted on any of the Stacey Peterson threads yet, although I have been actively reading. It really sickens me how corrupt this man is. I don't think I have ever read about a police officer more corrupt than this guy. All you have to do is look at him and his mannerisms (I saw him being interviewed by Matt Lauer) and he reeks of it.

How much longer are they going to wait before arresting this guy? The writing is on the wall big time. Do they need a body? My heart literally breaks for her children and her family. To have to deal with this man is something I don't think I could handle. This is the kind of guy where you want to drag him in an alley and break his legs just to get him to speak.......

Suzi, you are right. It would be hard to prove unless they have video of him using the computer at the time the info was looked up. The defense would be that someone could have obtained his password somehow. Although we all know he did it! Or had someone else do it for him as a favor.

Ok, so why run "prank names"? What's a prank name? Like "OJ SIMPSON" or "HOMER SIMPSON"? What's the point of that? I don't get it.

The difference here is that if others ran friend's names but did not use the info to harass, stalk, or blackmail etc. they have broken police policy, but have comitted no crime. This would call for a reprimand or similar internal dicipline depending upon what they did with the info. It is not a crime to just be nosey.
The criminal charges come in to play if Drew or anyone else used that info to follow Stacey or anyone she knew or if he used the info in the planning of her disappearance/murder or another crime. Drew has apparently comitted what is called official oppression which is a crime.

I believe Drew did plan her murder and plan to cover it up, but I don't think he had a definite time he was going to kill her. Something happened that morning to set him off and he thought he was prepared enough to go ahead and do it even though the kids were home.

If Drew did plan this ahead, maybe he was running names to find out who had a record that would "fit" into the fake scenario he was going to set up. When he ran records on Rosetto and others associated with Stacy maybe he realized that Tom's record made the most sense and the reason he is trying to set him up now.

I think that it will be fairly easy to tie Drew to the criminal background checks and other info he gathered via the computer. He has a password issd by the depatment, he would have had a date and time stamp used by the dept for logg ins, etc, he would have a record of when he was at work and when he was not working or called off..and maybe some of the younger cops have first hand knowledge of what he did with his time while at work and didn't like it..their were several cops on that force who had been there alot less then 20 some years..and probably were not part of the good old boys network

MSNBC reporter just on stating BBPD takes it very seriously if someone is obtaining information w/o a case. They fired a dispatcher last year for running license plates for someone else. (no details given)

When I look at the pics of the vigil held for Stacy Sat evening I am struck by the fact that the new BBPD Police Chief is right there in the middle with Stacy's family and frineds. That pic is worth a thousand words to me..when Drew's ex boss comes forward to stand with Stacy's friends and family. What a super LEO he must be.

I think Paul is married to a woman named Norma Villarreal Peterson, age 46. He does wear a wedding band that's visible in the picture of him getting out of his car. I wonder what he does for a living, as he's always at DP's house? Or is he out of work too?

Isn't that the truth. I don't think there's any doubt he did it - the odds of someone having a wife who die mysteriously and a wife missing are 1 in 1.8 million - that's 300 men - now add the fiance and wife no. 2 who were afraid he'd kill them and Monika's brother and wife no.2's boyfriend - the odds are about 0.

My thinking on the J. Archer info. is that it's a chain reaction from reading someones research, and then someone carrying that info. to another Forum, then it showed up on another person's TimeLine site. Now it's 'sorta, kinda' accepted as fact.

It wouldn't be hard to confirm who is was by simply asking Vicky or her daughter Lisa Ward.
