You know what's really sad Vegas Bride is that there are undoubtedly women out there who would love to date Drew. If you could really stand to date a man who probably killed at least two women, I guess you could take consolation in the fact that given the current circumstances, he's probably not dumb enough to actually do it again.

Uhhhh...........I wouldn't count on that, if I were one of these women. I mean, you woulda' thought that when he allegedly killed Kathleen he would have thanked his lucky stars he got away with it.

I guess there's no figuring out the greed that engulfs some people's minds.:bang:

With this "new evidence", I'm wondering if it has anything to do with computers and the tracking of his online activities, etc.? He may not have realized how traceable your computer activities really are. Some people STILL don't realize that even if you erase your hard drive, computer experts CAN still retrieve information off of it. Maybe the reason he's not getting his computer(s) back is b/c there is evidence on there of foul play...maybe he was researching waterways, body decomposition processes, poisons, or chemicals...maybe there's evidence of him tracking Stacy's whereabouts, or researching other crimes in which men killed and "disappeared" their wives...you never know. Any of that can go toward showing premeditation and intent.

Computer evidence is a good idea. Could also be that they found blood evidence at the home and just completed the DNA testing. If a clean up had been done then they may not have had much to work with and it would have taken more time. All cell phone records should be in and analysis complete by now.

I also wonder if LE went back to Kathleens house & found DNA / blood trace evidence where they know she never drowned. They had taken everyones word before now know its not true / when they used luminol they may of found more then they bargained.......

That's a good point, especially in light of the fact that Drew had come home and thrown his clothes (and possibly HERS) into the washing machine. He may have had blood all over them, and/or chemicals from all the cleaning up!

It could be now that they have Stacy's other phone because of the text message and they recovered additional information from that SIMS card Drew was more than happy to turn over to them finally.

I am wondering if Mike Robinson had ever been fingerprinted prior to this current arrest? Could it be that they found fingerprints earlier in this case that they did not have on file? Could those prints belong to Robinson ? Could this be the new info that is sending the investigation to a different area ? Did Robinson owe Drew any favors..maybe Drew turned his back on other prior mishaps with Robinson's lady friends?

Fran, What I meant was that since he is now under suspicion for 2 murders, it would be highly unlikely that he would be so foolish.........remember that he was absolutely certain that he got away with Kathleen's......until Stacy.

At the link below is a video update on the case, and it begins with Brodsky talking about the text message that DP supposedly found. But the important part is the end of the video, in which it's reported that Mike Robinson, a friend of DP, was arrested for domestic violence. The sentence that really stands out is that Mike Robinson is suspected of driving Stacy's car to Clow airport the day she disappeared.

In keeping with DeltaDawn's theory about Mike Robinson never being fingerprinted prior to the domestic violence arrest, perhaps LE had fingerprints of DP, Stacy, and a third unknown person in Stacy's car. Then Mike Robinson is arrested, fingerprinted, and because of his known relationship with DP, someone compared the unknown fingerprints in Stacy's car with Mike Robinson's prints and got a match.

Apparently, Mike Robinson is to appear before the grand jury again this week. It sounds like LE has got some sort of evidence that Mike Robinson is involved.

I believe there are many accomplances from both Cases(Kathy and Stacy) that will be talking and ratting out the rat. I believe LE is handing out the cheese for bait and they are going for it. This is my opinion of course.

And the icing on the cake is Mary is supposed to be a witness at the GJ tomorrow..that is one time I wish I could be a fly on the wall in the GJ room.

Leila, your theory could be possible. LE has said they had new info recently that pointed to DrewP even more. MR's fingerprints could be it.
