It is a shame Stacy provided the alibi for DP at the time of Savio's unfortunate "drowning." The seed was planted ("you went along w/ offing the last wife, so you must agree this is an acceptable option to end a marriage.") Sadly, if we indirectly condone violence on any level, we perpetuate a cycle which is bound to repeat itself. Yet neither she, nor especially her children, deserved this. In the end Stacy has by her own untimely demise brought rightful attention and suspicion to her predecessors' deaths. He should pay for these brazen, senseless murders. Yea DP, you're slick ... but not that slick. You're goin down.

Make you a deal. When Tom M. testifies against DrewP he gets his own thread here. DrewP is his family, if only by marriage. DrewP involved him in a murder, without giving him an option. And DrewP has searched for him, and I believe has tried to intimidate him, according to media he has bad mouthed him.

He can do this, but I know that it has to be hard and very scary. Both during the waiting time and during the testimony. But he can do it.

So when he gets up to testify, that should be commemorated. First one to see that he has testifed posts a thread and I will give a big thanks to him.

The veto session begins tomorrow with a perfunctory session. During a perfunctory session, no legislation can be voted on. The remainder of the veto session dates are Nov. 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21. On one of those days, the Hearsay legislation is going to be voted into law....no doubt as it already passed both houses unanimously. The only reason it isn't already law was the effective date was messed up and needed to be fixed by a veto. My countdown is based on the assumption that the bill gets passed during the first active week (12-14), then giving LE the weekend and another day to do whatever they need to do to process the arraignment. I don't know, perhaps it needs to get back in the hands of the Grand Jury, but I'm still hoping for the 14 day count-down. I suppose as the wheels of justice go, it could be an additional week or two ....but I hope not.

I watched his pizz poor interview on Dr Phill this AM- it was stupid. He just whined about his circumstances (you can tell he likes his face time), said how every one was lying, and when asked about most everything (ie why would Stacy tell ppl she was scared of him, why he flunked those poly questions) his pat answer was....

"I can't speak FOR that"
