Suspect Drew Peterson #5

The veto session begins tomorrow with a perfunctory session. During a perfunctory session, no legislation can be voted on. The remainder of the veto session dates are Nov. 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21. On one of those days, the Hearsay legislation is going to be voted into law....no doubt as it already passed both houses unanimously. The only reason it isn't already law was the effective date was messed up and needed to be fixed by a veto. My countdown is based on the assumption that the bill gets passed during the first active week (12-14), then giving LE the weekend and another day to do whatever they need to do to process the arraignment. I don't know, perhaps it needs to get back in the hands of the Grand Jury, but I'm still hoping for the 14 day count-down. I suppose as the wheels of justice go, it could be an additional week or two ....but I hope not.
Today is the first possible day for the Hearsay Bill to get passed. The last possible day, at least during the veto session, is next Friday. Hopefully, 6 days to go. Again, my assumption is that the bill gets passed this week, but it could be next week.

It got passed in the Senate yesterday. Only the house has to vote on it. I read the vote would be next week, but the article had some other errors in it so I'm hoping the vote could be today. It has to be by next Friday at the latest, though.

5 days? If passed next week, 12 days.

Hate to do it, but I have to modify the countdown to 12 days because I've read in two separate articles that the House doesn't vote until next week. They meet Wednesday - Friday, so the earliest the approval could take place is Wednesday, with the latest being Friday. That's 7-9 days. Giving LE a weekend, and a day, the count stands at 12. Twelve days takes us to November 25th. This is one turkey that will not get a presidential pardon!

Quote by Mediagroup: When we checked out those credentials, we can not find any other current clients of Dr. Daniel Budenz other than Drew Peterson Kids. In the recent interview with Dr Phil, again this so called Dr Dan Budenz never was mentioned and we find this odd since he was suppose to know Drew from childhood days and was announced in the press to be helping with Drews children. Another disturbing finding was that Dr. Daniel Budenz was arrested and found guilty on criminal charges in his own home town several years ago for resisting arrest, and harrassment of an officer. You can find all the lawsuits against Dr Daniel Budenz at http://wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl ...And thanks too for the updates Close![/COLOR]

I wonder if the DA has ever found out the info about the good doctor? He has already gotten involved in the case by submitting info about the boys to the court for the GJ. And it is possible that he could also be submitting info for any future trial. So this could be very important info. Mediagroup, would you be willing to submit this info to the DA?

9 days. Back to single digit! Although it could happen later this week if the vote passes Wednesday.

It passed the House today!!!! I'm not sure if it requires another Governor signature, but I don't think so. Even if it does, it passed based on his ammendatory veto, so he would sign it immediately. It should be law instantly.

Arrest any time now....perhaps 6 days at the most in my opinion!
