I simply cannot stand smug DP and his nasty attorney JB! They both make my stomach turn sommer saults and nauseous. I saw JB totally and completely play down what the Heresay Bill/Law will mean to DP if he was to be indicted for homicide. They are putz's!

It seems that we have been waiting for this one so long. DP really needs to loose that smug smirk by being charged. Soon, I hope.

This is someone who, perhaps due to his LE background has evidently gotten away w bullying not only these women but the families too-and even now denies the children and their relatives contact w eachother. I too think children should be allowed to stay together, but clearly it's LE who should be limiting the childrens' visitation w HIM. What a sorry, miserable excuse of a father who has only ever considered himself. I hope Stacy's family will be emboldened and prompted by the Savio arrest to seek legal steps toward custody. DP is a control freak, and only suggested his son act as guardian not because it is in their best interest but because he believes it is the best way to continue controlling these children. JMO

Right after Stacey went missing everyone was asking: if DrewP thought his story was true, why didn't he file for divorce. DrewP's response was that you can't file for divorce on abandonment grounds until after a year had passed. I don't know, that might be true. He allegedly did recently see a divorce attorney but hasn't filed yet.

But get this, he never filed for custody of the children! If his story was true that Stacey had taken off and abandoned her children, she could have come back at any time and taken the children. She is their mother has the right to the children the same as he has until the court assigns custody. IMO this means either DrewP doesn't care about the kids or he knows she won't be filing for custody!

I really have a feeling that the arrest will be this week also. If the Grand Jury has to meet one last time, it would be on Thursday, but that is Thanksgiving, so just not sure. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I hope we don't have to wait for the GJ to meet one last time to sign the indictment. If that's the case, it will have to be Thursday, Dec. 4th. With the gun charges dropped, I don't think there's anything to keep DP from leaving town, and I'd hate to see him disappear.

Would Glasgow set up an appointment to meet with Mary P. for a distant date, or would he just do it? I don't think he'd wait. I also don't think he'd make it public if he was going to meet. Mary P. wouldn't make it public either if she was going to meet the Glasgow.

Something doesn't fit with this story in my opinion.
