On his long list of targets were many pro-choice organisations and individuals, as has been reported in a lot of media outlets. One of his social media likes was a conservative legal advocacy organization known for its hardline stances against abortion and LGBTQ rights. He also followed many evangelical churches. I'm thinking this really only points in one direction, but we'll see.

He got his degrees from religious schools (the one where he got his Ed.D closed in 2023).

Me too. I am finding many aspects of his story hard to believe, though (and we have no proof that he actually started as many businesses or lectured in as many places as he said he did - he certainly has an odd resumé).

He puts a lot of companies/places on his Praetorian bio, but does not make it clear whether he was a security agent for those companies (it seems that would be the correct assumption, it seems implicit).

It's also kind of grifty, though, especially as well known international lecturers don't usually end up working security detail in a small security company with no referenced clientele and, well, it's not that hard to follow up on who is coworkers are. I feel so badly for his family.

Yes, all of it is a strange grab bag of jobs/careers
My speculation only- could he be a con man? Seems with five kids and wife he was successful to some degree.

Security officer- but no law enforcement background?
Is the website real, are there actual contracts with businesses or people? I don’t see references, but the website year at the bottom is 2024

Those who are renting the home said Boelter was a part-time renter of a room in the home. He returned there briefly around 6 a.m. Saturday, and texted two of the roommates that he had done something bad and may be dead soon. Maybe he stayed at this house when he did the night patrols as a security guard for his company. Maybe said he didn't want to wake up his wife when he was on night shift, maybe that's the reason he gave to stay there sometimes.
