Maybe he held the baby hostage / to ransom?

That way nobody could do anything or he'd shoot the baby and so they were all powerless?

Also maybe, he (the suspect) did not do this and he has also been murdered, kidnapped, or taken hostage etc ?

Maybe someone he knows from his life of crime is wreaking revenge on him ?

I think he crept into Adrianna and Matthew home ( don't know if they all lived at one house ) while Matthew at work . Held the baby in his car while he coerced mum into her car . Drove to cortneys home and forced them into second car to follow . Might explain 3 vehicles? So one his own ,two the families

Matthews on arrival home at 6.30am / 7am . Texts his mother ,she sends out fb message to find the other two ,not knowing teen is gone too . Doesn't say the baby as doesn't want to further aggravate the kidnapper? Matthew drives his vehicle around looking for them , sees the group and is killed too .

Baby has always been the leverage so perp now uses the baby upon his escape in case LE catch up . When the perp feels he has created enough distance he dumps the baby along his escape route . He has decided he doesn't need the extra baggage of a child while on the run .

Motive though ? Mental health? grudge ? Money ? Family breakdown ?

I think I read somewhere that AW stayed at mom's house when MW worked nights

All of these charges were while he was incarcerated, so WHY ON EARTH was he let out???
  • Schedule II drugs: meth (Violation date: 07/21/2023)
  • Schedule VI drugs: manufacturing, delivering, selling, possession (Violation date: 07/21/2023)
  • Contraband in penal facility (Violation date: 07/21/2023)
  • Contraband – intoxicant/drugs in penal facility (Violation date: 07/21/2023)
  • Possession of a handgun – convicted felon (Violation date: 07/21/2023)
  • First degree murder – attempted (Violation date: 8/29/23)
Possession of a hand gun while incarcerated? What on Earth? And, how would he possible get a gun other than "inside" help?

Never copped onto that tiny detail, great spot

This has me thinking was Cortney's sister going to turn state witness in upcoming trial . That's a big motive there and a reason to kill entire family by using fear tactic

Exactly it’s too soon for most the answers everyone wants but just overlooking the thread, was a guard relationship involved?

Definition of a hand gun can be quite loose - ie something constructed of found materials that fires or propels a bullet can maybe be considered 'a gun'.

I don’t think possession of firearm was while in custody, or it should be labeled in a penal facility. I’m not ruling it out. I’m just stating from common knowledge inside TDOC system and also working with TDOC from both sides of the fence.

He seemed to have a lot of contraband in jail that would be exceedingly hard to get without help from guards. Smuggling in the parts to put together a ghot gun is not outside the realm of possibility, unfortunately.

That’s what I’m saying!!!
It cost us 7500 to identify 1 unknown person deceased, big difference in 2500 for 4 known deceased.

Yes I noticed it was handgun specific on the charge which in the state Tennessee if found own the streets versus prison, you would be charged with felon in possession of a firearm, not handgun. So there is probable cause that a three day printer could have been utilized to get a handgun in and if he already has evidence of contraband in cell, there’s a good chance at least one or more guards or STG activity cannot be ruled out as well. it’s been a few years, but if I’m not mistaken, Lake County is a minimum facility or was.

Plus all the charge bar one of attempted murder are on same date . And suspect was released September. So by assumption it is all in a penal facility bar possibly the attempted murder?

just my opinions of course....
It is always so frustrating when we can not share the massive amount of speculation on the social media sites!! But of course, we cannot..... However, "people" do know these "people" better than the media does.
It is amazing, just how young ALL these victims are, including the sisters, Cortney(deceased), and Kaitlyn (location where???)

This New York Times article IS readable... though they have the 'coverup screen" the text is readable!!!
What is so clear in this NYT article...is that Tennessee is NOT sharing major details yet.

HOW were they killed?

HOW/ EXACTLY were the bodies found?

HOW do they know Austin is the suspect????

WHERE is the alleged partner/ex-partner--KS???

and WOW... the Tennessee Prison system is in the background here. They are going to get slammed. imo.

The wanted killer left the baby

This newer article also DOES NOT answer the driving questions.... but it does show some very loving tributes from dear dear friends of this young couple---parents of the surviving baby......

This still says a dark colored minivan may have dropped the baby off. I thought other articles made it clear that thr minivan was inaccurate information and it was a dark car or white SUV.

Yes if incarcerated on offense date, all those charges came at once with one date in common, i’m not familiar with his profile, but it seems to be potentially related to the prison or the introduction of contraband through a guard or another scenario could be love revenge. Without knowing all the facts, it’s even hard to assume. However, I can say, if protocols were followed with the LEOs the answers will slowly come out. Forensic technology is very advanced, long as the Department handles the case correctly and with the amount of deceased and media they will cover all their bases, including metadata from everyone involved and there is where it takes time.

I am curious if anyone had just been released from the prison. Possible carjacking? Else - targeted homicide.

jmo
But weren’t two of their vehicles found at the location the bodies were found? I saw a news clip of the cars on tow trucks being removed. Do I have that wrong?
