Multiple agencies searching for Olmos Park woman last seen on Sunday
Multiple agencies are searching for a woman who has been missing since Sunday.
She's a realtor, wife, and mom of four.
She has a current and active realtor's license but I couldn't find her associated with any specific firm using the full name. I hope she is found soon! Suzanne Clark Simpson, TX Real Estate Salesperson
To All the Locals - you're doing such great detective work. Hoping LE is watching this thread. When I get back in town going to take a drive down Stevens Ranch Road. Curious about any gates towards the end of road leading into a big expanse of land which could be navigated easily in a truck. Does the 143 ac property continue where Stevens road ends?
Yes, you would drive past Twin Lakes on your left and the property starts at the end of the road there. It doesn't look like there are any gates until the end. When I get back in town going to take a drive down Stevens Ranch Road. Based on pastureland land I would guess the 173 headed towards Kerrville. More flat that direction leaving Bandera. I don’t need exact address just which side of Bandera on 173.
You would think the LE would of checked all this. Disheartening in Delphi case so many time the ball was dropped. To All the Locals - you're doing such great detective work. Hoping LE is watching this thread.
Exactly, and this other property in question is near the District Clerk's office and a Dollar General so hopefully surveillance cameras would have some info if he went there...You would think the LE would of checked all this. Disheartening in Delphi case so many time the ball was dropped.
Think there's access to the back side of the ranch that might take a 13 min drive through Medina to access? When I get back in town going to take a drive down Stevens Ranch Road. That would be way out of the way to go to the back of the property to get to Medina. I'd like to know WHERE in Medina, because the little town itself is one road through (Hwy 16) and a few side streets, plus a Farm to Market road (337) and that's it.Think there's access to the back side of the ranch that might take a 13 min drive through Medina to access?
I found it...It's post #179 It's an X link to a video and it's a house outside of Bandera and references being owned by Brad and Suzanne.I believe it was on this thread.
Groundwater Data Viewer | Texas Water Development BoardI looked on BCAD for the property data and pulled the GIS map from there, with lot lines and such but in the data there aren't dates for when the well/septic were installed nor when the house was built.
Yah I think that's more for the water table, but every well and septic requires a permit, I just can't access that info because Bandera County doesn't have it up and TCEQ isn't giving anything eitherGroundwater Data Viewer | Texas Water Development Board
Does this help at all? Maybe they are just city wells and not personal property wells? However, it seems like a permit is required when putting in a personal well.
Can you put in off the grid wells in TX? I know permits are supposed to be issued, but do people put their own in? Bandera County is in a water conservation district and permits are required for new wells on properties platted after 2002, and registration of well for properties before 2002...they are roughly 600', 800', even 1200' deep...I am definitely no expert on this subject though, that's just knowing what is required and why from being in the homebuilding industry...Can you put in off the grid wells in TX? Thank you, I know things vary by state.Bandera County is in a water conservation district and permits are required for new wells on properties platted after 2002, and registration of well for properties before 2002...they are roughly 600', 800', even 1200' deep...I am definitely no expert on this subject though, that's just knowing what is required and why from being in the homebuilding industry...
This is a good idea to look into ATV / UTV OR ranch truck. Surely LE went onto the cotter ranch to search . Re: Medina town quick trip his (BS) truck took… I don’t know if people here have thought about this, but out here in South Texas on ranches it is not uncommon to have workmen from Mexico living and working on the ranches. There’s a term for this that’ll probably get me thrown off this board so I won’t say it. But regardless, these hard working folks do what they’re asked and don’t ask questions. Cotter hand off to his ranch workers or other known ranch and their workers could have completed the “task” . The quick Crete and other drama could have been a ruse.@ImFine and @Bean&Cheese AMAZING work, thanks for the local insight! For the 2 parties that were arrested, is there any confirmation that they had ATV/UTV vehicles that could help them transport further back on the properties more easily? Based upon my experience in that area it seems like most either have them or have access to them. Especially for a larger property it could take them to a more remote area maybe they'd accessed while hunting and not ready accessible by pickup.
